Fantastic Blinds & Shutters

I ordered the shutters with blade width that were 64mm however, they did not produce the size I ordered. They produced the 89mm. They refused to acknowledge and told me that it is what the fitter noted and that’s what was ordered therefore it’s what I’m stuck with according to Jessica. I’m not sure how a business operates without sending through final details for approval or sign off and how they trust a fitters notes that were plastered with question marks vs confirmed details. I saw the fitters notes when he came with the shutters for the first time. Prior to this I specifically requested the 64mm samples to be Brought as that is what I wanted ordered. They once more refuse to acknowledge any mistake made on their part and have ignored emails for over a week. Customer service is appalling. Business terms are shocking. The fact that they take all your money and then deliver incorrect specifications is fraud. This business should be reported to consumer affairs by all they have done wrong by. From their reviews on Google and facebook it appears other recent unhappy customers exists. Buyer beware you could be paying for random pink or red shutters and they don’t care. A size is a size and getting it wrong means they should replace or offer compensation. Instead they yell at you on the phone not knowing what went wrong and use the fitters word against the customers when what was written on paper was wrong and not signed off by me. Such poor poor form. They don’t know how to operate a production process and cheat customers.

Jessica is so accommodating and easy to communicate. The blinds were installed 1 week earlier.we really like our new blinds which look amazing.will highly recommend Fantastic Blinds.cheers David
