I spent a lot of time to look around for an alternatives to lay tiles on top of existing ceramic tiles. Visited many famous tile shops/retailers. The only place I could get a proper service including professional explanations, guidance was "Fantaci", a company which deserves it's name, really fanrtastic in any respect. I purcahhsed 6 MM big size (600x1200MM) porcelain tiles which were delivered next day. The quality of teh tiles was extraordinary in respect to size, surface, marking of direction of laying etc. The Product was certified by EU standards. My tiler used Mapei primer to cover the exsisting tiles and lay on top the Porcelain tiles purchased from Fantaci. Whilst most of the applications of 6 MM thickness big size tiles were related to bench tops and splash back, they look great when installed on top of existing tiles. Highly recommended Company, big choice.possibility to get your own designed pattern of tiles to be delivered within 30 days time.

I spent money to design my kitchen by professional and bring the job to Fantaci. Design was same Bench top and splash back. Sales manger was nice and always said leave it to me. When install day came, they start install but throw cigarette buts and all rubbishes leave it in my front yard, glues everywhere in the New kitchen. I needed to ask builder to clean with extra cost. At the stage of start install bench top stone, Stone mason said no splash back but Fantaci keep telling me stored in their warehouse so do not worry about it. At the End, there was no splash back, they did not order because of stone shortage in China. I tried to contact with Director and he told me "Our apologize, we will cover whatever cost to fix and we look after you and really want to keep customer happy and we will care customers" I was feeling better.
After 3 month, still didn’t fix splash back and the gap of the draw panel because of mismeasurement which Sales manager promised me that will fix ASAP once lockdown is over, but still not happen. Then sales manager start saying can not do the job without extra pay even I pick cheaper splash back and changed original design. He said that is Director’s final decision which totally different what I heard from Director. The Director, Sales manager and Project manager all saying different thing and can not even talk with Director. I have no idea who and what can I trust the word come out from this company.
This is worst 35K purchase of my life and still need to fix on my side.

I had my living room re-designed last year by Fantaci. It was fairly well done, however there were some issues regarding turn-around time.
During this time one of your employees added my LinkedIn. Since then I have been seeing a huge amount of personal attacks posted by your company staff member against many other Australians based on their political views, your company name is visible on each and every post. In one such example that is being shared widely among-st the Australian Business community is a really ugly personal attack on a man all because in his own personal social media post he listed Taiwan seemingly as a country. Your company staff member along with some others proceeded to personally attack him, threaten him, contact his CEO, called him a 'frog', a racist, anti-Chinese and much more without any provocation. I don't know what action he plans to take, but if I was him that would be cause for a defamation lawsuit. It is very disappointing to see this kind of hatred for freedom of speech, and to bully and threaten an individuals lively hood all based on them indicating that Taiwan is a country. This is the only reason I am giving you 2 stars instead of 4.
