He is always very courteous, helpful and will always follow up on things. He kept us informed about timelines and even arranged delivery to regional Victoria! His products are exclusive and competitively priced. I will always go back to him for all my furniture requirements.

ID GIVE A 0 IF I COULD. Ordered a bed frame that has already broken. Material isn’t good at all. Staff there are not helpful at all. Told Them I need a replacement sent out as it’s under warranty and they said they would get back to me. Months went by and I heard nothing so I reached out to Steven only to find out that they havnt made it and they are finding a new wearhouse to make the part. They told me it would be shipped out by mid September. It’s now mid October and I HAVE HEARD NOTHING. Very disappointed by this company. WOULDNT RECOMMEND

From my initial enquiry with Steven (Fancy Homes Melbourne) the process from him tailoring a custom design outdoor furniture in accordance to my taste and requests, to effectively communicating and delivering the highest quality customer service, I had complete confidence in purchasing a product via this company, but evidently more so due to Steven himself. He took the time to listen, was very understanding and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend dealing with him. In saying that, more bonus points goes to him as my purchase was interstate (to Brisbane) and once the furniture arrived I was more then happy with the money spent and what was delivered!
