I've had many appointments here over the years. Recently for an IUD removal and insertion. My experience is always great. Pain minimal, clear communication, very lovely staff and costing is displayed accordingly. I can't recommend this clinic enough.

Had an amazing experience getting my first iud here. During my consultation Dr Fiona gave me all the information I needed and answered all the questions I had. For my insertion it went really smoothly. The doctor and assistant made me feel really safe and comfortable. Great experience and highly recommend.

Trying to get in touch with an actual nurse over the phone is impossible sends you in circles, also cancelled my appointment due to lack of staff. Two stars because the doctor Anne adams (I think her name is) was amazing, non judgmental and very thorough

The Docter really professional, and not faking nice, I meant she is genuinly nice, they organised appointment very well, they have all the time to question and answer it for you, this is outstanding! I never get public service has quality as private here, really have 100% satisfiying experience with them.

Couldn't be happier w my experience at SHV Boxhill this morning. Receptionist was lovely and welcoming. Dr Alex was so thorough, understanding and supportive. Reasonably priced for non-concession. Thank you again <3

I have had 3 appointments here and 2 phone conversations, and all have been amazing. The nurses and doctors really strive to work out what works best for you, and are non judgemental, kind, and very good at ensuring you’re comfortable and understand what is happening. SHV is the only place I’ll attend in Melbourne and I highly recommend them to everyone.

I had a really great experience getting an IUD here. From the first consultation, the doctors were so kind, knowledgeable and non judgemental. I was quite nervous for the procedure however the doctors calmed my nerves and made it as painless as possible. I highly recommend anyone looking to get an iud goes here!

Had an appointment to discuss getting a IUD the doctor I spoke to was extremely rude and judgmental to say the least. Definitely decided not to use their service!

Doctors were super friendly and accommodating. Receptionist at the end was just okay. Overall, the experience was pleasant.

Each time I visit Family Planning Victoria, I have an amazing experience. The Doctors and Nurses are always so friendly, kind, informative and patient. I cannot recommend this clinic more!

Constant calls and messages for a week yielded no response. This is unacceptable when dealing with sensitive, time restricted matters.

Have gone elsewhere.

Called the nurses every day for the last week and a half with no response.receptionist said she'd get into contact and have them call me back yesterday and no response so far either.i've decided to look elsewhere but if you're in a sensitive spot that has time restrictions, best not to go here.

I saw Dr Genevieve Coney for an IUD insert and she and the student Dr were so lovely, talked to me the whole time and made sure I was comfortable (as can be for this procedure) and at ease the whole time.

Would highly recommend this clinic for an IUD insertion.
Staff were extremely informative and supportive through procedure.

Called several times, left three messages mentioning the urgency of the issue and did not hear back for 5 days. I definitely understand nurses may have been very busy, but according to reception protocol just about anywhere, one of the first jobs of the day is to check and respond to enquiries.

After suffering through some awful experiences to try and get my implamon replaced, everyone here could not have been nicer.
Wonderful from the outset, very caring and very professional. Could not reccomend more highly.
