This is the place to go to when you want Pho. Nothing fancy, just wonderful Pho and great service

Tonight i picked up and took home my Crispy noodle with bbq pork which i have had in the restaurant before. I specifically asked the man if the size is the same as eating in and he said yes. When i got home i had a paper bag FULL of Crispy noodles and in the container a pinch of pork and so many veges they absorbed all of the soup. I was left with a bowl of dried Crispy noodles and moist vegies with a pinch of pork and paid $18. I added my own stock to make my dish completel. I took photos and called the restaurant and the man replies "im sorry" THAT'S IT. Not a single.word after. So i hung up extremely dissatisfied with what i was so excited to enjoy this evening. This will be last time i go there

I order this food at least 3 times a week.
So many great choices on the menu.

Signature beef pho was ok. A bit greasy and serving size is just alright. The pho i had in springvale was another level.

Tried the Vegetarian Pho soooo disappointing was bland absolutely No Flavour whatsoever even after adding soy sauce & chilli!

Cafe style, tasty, generous serves. Excellent value, mains almost enough for two. I will return.

Fresh produce but not as good food as pretty much anywhere in Melbourne.
Staff also more interested in socialising with each other.
Also, they ran out of egg but there were nearly no customers.

I've ordered from Family Pho at least a dozen times since I found this place a few months ago and it is consistently the best pho I have had! Full of flavour, fresh and delicious every time.

We have been twice before and the food was delicious but the wait was long.
Today the family who ordered before us were waiting for over 45 minutes and still didn’t have their meals so we decided that 40 minutes was long enough to wait for our two Banh Mi to be made so we asked for a refund which was given.
Great food if you can wait. Today we could not.

Their food has the most similar taste as in Vietnam. Really love the staff here, especially the green hair waitress =)

It was pho in Geelong after all but have to say.very pleasantly surprised.we ordered rare beef and combo pho with marinated grilled chicken rice. All dishes had great flavour. The service was great even though it was very busy with pick ups. Surprised that they offer multiple type of Asian cuisines.will come back to try some more options!

Absolutely horrible customer service, have tried to order twice from the restaurant and both times they have been cancelled, the second time I ordered they cancelled the order 15 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered, unacceptable.

I ordered a chicken noodle dish. The picture of the dish did not resemble the meal. The picture showed sliced chicken breast, while the meal I got was fried chicken drumstick. Would not recommend this place, if you want something good to eat.

We had beef pho and chicken/beef pho and pork spring rolls.

Soup is good and flavorful but too fatty, could be clearer.
The beef slices are too thick and became chewy. The 2 bowls of soup we had were not the same size.
The bean shoots were browning and not fresh
The spring rolls were too skinny, flavor okay though.
Quick service, staff good.
Overall average.

The Pho soup was really tasty and the staffs there were very friendly, feels like home. Highly recommend this restaurant

Family Yum more like! Absolutely delicious steamed dumplings, and amazing crispy noodles with veggies! Will definitely be back!

Really felt like a fresh Vietnamese meal with a friend and thought local support is way to go! Worst take away ever ordered meal of prawns (4) in muck hardly any vege then spring rolls size of cigarettes and beef dish looked like slop in gravy plus rice that was old and hard almost like we got someone’s not picked up meal [ lucky them) plus salad with 2 slices chicken cost $80
Total rip off and cold meal very sub decent
Won’t be returning or suggesting this to anyone returning to eating out after COVID

Nice place for quick meal, the Pho is not bad, just lack of the spices that Pho supposed to have.
The vermicelli salad is quite blend, but the good thing is I have tried so many Vietnamese vermicelli salad, this place they use very less oil, so you don't feel greasy at all.

Spring rolls were tiny and tasteless and the lemon grass beef had huge chunks of raw brown onion through it. Bit disappointed.
