Hi I personally suggest plz donot visit this clinic very unprofessional doctor, I have no words to explain how he behave with me…I want to again explain you that I had no any issue with staff only had a issue with doctors and the blame that he is putting on me is baseless and I want to clear one more thing if someone is watching screen it doesn’t mean I am intruding the medical records, the chair where is sit is unable to see anything and u guys understood what I can do with medical records, all these baseless were very surprised for me. Who ever see my comment could you please tell me is it crime to see anywhere…

I wish we had read the reviews and requested to see Dr Manu.
We made an appointment with DR Williams as my son was sick. About a minute or so before we got called in my Fathers nurse had rang me (dad had just came home from hospital after suffering heart attack and has pneumonia) she called to advise me that she would be coming in to see him. Call took 2 and a half minutes. I explained to her that we were at the drs and that I would see her when we get back… Dr Williams picked up his phone and called a friend I assume and had a chat for about 5 minutes, telling caller that if the patient wants to waste his time he would waste ours. After his friendly chat he asked what is the problem. He checked my sons chest and throat. Said he was good just a cold… my son said his ears hurt and dr didn’t bother.receptionist was lovely and very helpful. That drs manner and professionalism was appalling. Being new to the area and this clinic closest to us was the obvious choice.never in my life have I met such a rude and arrogant dr… took my son to our old clinic in Braybrook and turned out he had a terrible ear infection and sinus infection…. Shame that a clinic with such awesome reviews has a dr like that on site… I would totally understand if I was having a good old chat with a friend and gasbagging but it was a genuine call from a nurse to check on a very sick elderly patient.next time I’ll be sure to book with dr manu….

I personally recommend Family Medical Centre (Lara). Here doctors and their all staff members are so helpful and so caring.

Love Dr Manu, he is really lovely to deal with and has a very holistic approach including taking care of your mental health. He really helped me get through a difficult pregnancy by focusing on my mental health and giving me some great advice along with medication. He really seems to care about people.

Family Medical Centre is the best Bulk Billing Medical Centre in Lara. Dr Mittal and his team go above and beyond in their practice. The facilities are maintained to a high standard and the reception staff are welcoming and very helpful. Dr Mittal is an excellent GP; he is knowledgeable, empathetic and efficient. Dr Mittal is also excellent with children, he is patient, caring and makes my children feel at ease when they come to the clinic. 10/10

I highly recommend this GP - Dr Mittal has been able to connect and put all members of my family at ease (including my teenage and toddler daughters). He uses clear language to explain the medical concern and recommends options for you to make your own informed choices on how to proceed. Teena on reception is also lovely and goes above and beyond to assist with any queries or requests.

I highly recommend Dr Mittal and his wonderful staff. Having worked for over 35 years in different medical environments, I would have to say Dr Mittal and Teena are two of the most caring people I have met. Each time I have called and visited the practice their dedication to patient care is beyond reproach.

Dr manu goes above and beyond for his patients. He takes his time and doesn't rush you out the door, he cares and makes sure he does everything he can to help. Our kids are very comfortable with him, he is a great family doctor. Teena is very welcoming and always has a smile for you. Will not go to another doctor

I recently visited Family Medical Centre and had a good experience. I met Dr Manu who was very kind and patient doctor. He listened to all my queries, concerns and about my problem. He explained me and treated me very well.

Dr Mittal, Tina and other staff members are fantastic people. Dr Mittal is the reason I still have my left leg and cannot thank him enough. Had Dr Mittal not found the blockage in my leg i would of lost my leg, which was very close. I continue to have issues with my leg after surgery and Dr Mittal continues to come up with the treatments required. My family and myself can not thank him and staff for looking after me and saving my leg.

We have been attending the clinic since opening, Dr Mittal is very kind, empathetic and always has a smile. Nothing is too much trouble so you feel you are being listened to, offers a detailed resolution to your problem. D & B, Lara

I recently joined the Clinic. All staff are very caring and empathetic. I usually see the same doctor Dr. Manu Mittal, he provides amazing care and support. The doctor is very empathetic and easy to talk to, he always makes sure to you are heard and he provides the best and immediate care and support. All Allied health staff they are very caring, if you need an urgent appointment they always try their best to fit you in. I thank you all for an amazing care and support you provide.
