Dr. Nadim is a really good General Practitioner. He explains everything. Really happy to meet him. Highly professional. The clinic is very clean and also has all the facilities such as pathology. Highly recommend Dr Nadim to anyone.

Dr Taoum was very thorough and very professional. I felt heard and am happy with how he is managing my situation.

Wonderful experience. Very kind doctor who was patient and extremely good with kids. The reception staff were very helpful and the opening hours are excellent. Happy to have a good doctor available in the evening just when kids tend to get sick.

The whole team are always welcoming and professional, booking appointments promptly. Dr Taoum made time on my first visit, on short notice, to listen to my multiple concerns, provide reassurance and a rational plan.

I met Dr. Taoum as a new patient today. In addition to being very approachable and professional he has true empathy for his patients and is truly holistic in his approach to patient centered care. As a person with some complexities to my health, I look forward to Dr. Taoum walking the journey alongside me as we address these health concerns. As a passionate Geelong supporter, the only negative about Dr. Taoum is that he barracks for Hawthorn Football club! Thank you Dr. Taoum for your kindness and care.

On Sunday morning I got hurt on eyebrows while opening my car door,
Some blood come out & find out in glen Irish & Malvern only one medical centre open near me around 10: 30am.
I went family medical clinic & from reception to doc they are very nice they treated me with respect and it was so quick. Thanks to doctor Nadim for help today.

Dr. Nadim has been our Family Physician since we moved from Sydney to Melbourne in 2015. After trialling several GPs here we are so happy to have landed with what in my mind is a True Physician. Dr. Nadim's holistic approach has made us follow him when he moved from Carnegie Central to his current location in Glenferrie Rd. Today's visit was typical. From the front desk service by Tatiana, to Dr. Nadim, to the follow up with nurse Stella, all went smoothly. We truly appreciate Dr. Nadim's approach of evaluating the different findings of the Cardiologist or the Kidney Specialist and others to provide his own guidance, since he is the central point of comprehensive knowledge of my/ our family health. His memory of my personal medical history amazes me because I do forget some of my medical details. This is a refreshing point of difference from other GPs who do not look at it that way. So, today's visit by me and my wife, as always had very satisfying outcomes with diagnosis, advice and follow ups.

I have never been so humiliated in my life. I didn’t know that my doctor didn’t work on a Saturday, and I needed my OxyContin script. Dr Nadim Taoum cut me off almost instantly, and said he doesn’t prescribe opioids to new patients. This is after I filled out a form and waited 30 minutes for the appointment. There is nowhere on the website, that he specified that he doesn’t prescribe opioids. I expect an apology from Dr Taoum directly. His bedside manner is atrocious!

Needed an urgent Telehealth appointment at 730pm on a Friday and they were super helpful and responsive. My new home for medical services.

Excellent service - the team were kind enough to fit me in 30mins before closing time on a Friday night.
Extended hours are fantastic and saved us a trip to the Royal Children’s Hospital.
Staff are professional, kind and experienced. Dr Nadim was thorough and had a lovely bedside manner interacting with and giving care to our 5yo daughter.
Can not rate highly enough and would happily recommend to all.

Not our usual clinic, I took my unwell daughter after hours. Dr Nadin has a lovely bedside manner and was extremely thorough and professional in his examination. As a nurse myself I was impressed with the time he took to explain my daughters illness as well as the medication he prescribed. The clinic receptionist was also very warm and friendly. I highly recommend this clinic.

Not my usual GP but came for a vax. Easy to book. A number of available appointments. Lovely new and clean clinic. Easy to park. In and out before the appointment time (less than five minutes). Friendly staff. Will return.
