Fantastic GPs. Dr. Yota and Dr. Catherine are knowledgeable, attentive and kind. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy GP.

He literally saved my life by picking up on a brain condition I had and very quickly, referred me to a great specialist who diagnosed me and operated within an extremely short period. I’m now recovering from brain surgery that thanks to the quick & insightful actions of Dr Yota, have saved my life and given me a positive outlook on my future - Thank you Dr Yota!

Previous to his care we were dissatisfied with another practitioner in particular, causing our family great stress.

Dr. Chang has taken onboard our criticisms and really improved our opinion of the clinic by providing professional client centered care.

Both Dr Chang and Dr Catherine have helped me through some of the worst mental health issues I’ve ever faced within the past few years. Though they are not Psychiatrists, they have tried their best to understand my complex trauma, and attempt to treat it in a holistic way. They have been attentive and patient with me. They are knowledgable in regard to which medications work well together, and things like that. I’ve been very physically unwell at times, most recently with pneumonia & asthma. I’m convinced they saved my life, as I’d been feeling gravely ill with an infection that caused the pneumonia, triggering asthma symptoms. I don’t think I’d ever been that sick previously. They are always thorough in trying to figure out what might be happening in my body. I had minor surgery there a while ago, which has healed ok. I cannot fault them. In conclusion, if you are looking for caring & accommodating doctors, with friendly, helpful reception staff, look no further. Thanks FDH!?

Dr Frankie is the most incredible doctor you could hope for. Particularly recommend Dr Frankie if you identify as a woman or you’re a person of any gender who needs healthcare based around womens health. Dr Frankie is thorough, kind, friendly and all round amazing.

If you're looking for a fabulous, caring, non-judgemental, women's health doctor, Dr Frankie Maxwell is amazing! She is incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and I can't rate her highly enough!:)

Dr Ern has been family GP for many years and he/the clinic staffs have always gone above and beyond their call of duty to look after us, health-wise! Always serve with a smile too that lifts a cloudy day.

We're always amazed by not only the warmth and friendliness of the staff, but also how incredibly professional and knowledgeable they have been during all our visits. Throughout this pandemic, they stopped at nothing to do their part to help the community (e.g. Providing up-to-date health info during the pandemic, and extending their operating hours to vaccinate patients on Saturdays!). They're not a large clinic so for them to take the initiative to do their part at their personal expense speaks volume for the passion they have for the health and well-being of our community. Highly recommend!

Dr Ern is an amazing caring physician! He takes the time to get to know his patients well. The girls on reception have beautiful hearts and are genuine and work tirelessly for their patients. Can not fault this clinic.

My family have been paitents at this clinic since it opened. Even after moving to Curlewis we have continued to come when we can, as we trust the experience and professional judgement of Dr. Chang and his team. Dr. Chang goes above and beyond for all his paitents, even working after hours if there is an urgent matter. The reception staff are friendly, professional and accommodating. I always feel at home when I enter the clinic and am greeted warmly by one of the reception staff. They take the time to get to know the paitents, showing genuine interest and concern.

It is easy to understand why Dr Chang was voted best GP in Geelong after my visit to this clinic. Family Doctors Highton offers a very professional medical service to their patients by creating a safe and friendly environment for every person that walks through their doors. The administrative staff demonstrate an exceptional capacity to form real connections with their patients and make them feel valued, or as ‘Family’. If anyone were to rate these wonderfully talented individuals anything short of five stars I’d suggest it may be the reviewer at fault! X

The unprofessional Receptionist couldn't answer a simple question or find out the answer regarding fees etc, she had a bad attitude/ego thinking she was above me and said she had just cancelled my appointment discriminating that their clinic wasn't suitable for us. No customer service whatsoever. Maybe she's not suitable for the Reception role.

Insightful and thorough physician. Approachable and friendly staff. I always feel safe and cared for at this clinic, especially when health issues puts us at our most vulnerable.

I always feel at ease whenever I visit this clinic. Family Doctors Highton aren't called Family Doctors for nothing! It's no wonder Dr Ern was voted best GP in Geelong by the community! The receptionists are always so nice and cheerful and always puts a smile on my face:)
