Falafel House reviews
79They don't make the falafel sandwich like they used to before. I was lucky on my last visit they were making fresh falafels, which made the sandwich that bit nicer. If you have time, then ask for fresh ones. There is not much of a sitting area. I only ever get the falafel sandwich so not sure how the other options are
Had a delicious lamb kefte wrap here today. Was delicious. Very friendly service and everything looks so fresh.
This place is amazing! The staff are unbelievably friendly, they showed me the flame grilling barbeque action on the three different kebabs I ordered. I will definitely come back here
I love this place, it's welll priced, great quality food. The staff are lovely as well. It seems they have changed hands but the new management have kept the quality and great service. Try the Fatah it's amazing
Amazing falafels! Amazing customer service! I was so impressed by the service at this place. I had a very large order and everything was so fresh and packaged perfectly. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for an authentic falafel and great customer service. Thank you, Yass
In the top 2 felafel places In Coburg (probably the north in general, some pretty strong competition in the inner south east). There felafel sandwich is consistently good and exactly the same everytime (you have to add chilli sauce and the chilli pickles to have a really good time). Staff are friendly, well priced and always quick! Love this place and don't know why the score isn't higher.
I’ve had many falafel wraps in my life and this would have to be one of the best falafel wraps I’ve ever had, Falafel House in Coburg. If you are in the area please try it. It was that good that I had to call and tell them. Super friendly service from Betty
I was vegetarian when I went there. Needless to say.not anymore! That kebab was so good! I bought for my limousine driver! Next time I come back. I’m asking for autograph.

I grew up on Hummus and falafel all my life. This is the best Musabaha and falafel I have in Australia. Musabaha made on the spot, the falafel cooked on request and all the salads are so fresh. The moment you walk in, you been treated like a family. A small authentic place with a huge heart.
Clean place but poor service.
Falafel wrap was super cold and when asked for it to be heated / toasted / grilled, the serving girl said " it comes like that"!
Nice Lebanese restaurant. I tried the foul, falafel and humous with minced meat. It was great and highly recommended.
Step back in time with this Authentic Lebanese Cuisine @ Falafel House. We experienced one of the Best Fresh and Delicious Lebanese Food places anywhere in Melbourne that's out of this world. The Staff are super friendly and the overall experience was Outstanding! 5 Stars!
Absolutely amazing thanks new owners for having such good customer service the girls were beautiful thanks Rwoeeda best fresh flalfel in town
I don't enjoy felafel, but a friend insisted I try here, and honestly it was actually delicious.
I was amazed.
The women who work here are so friendly too, I will continue to support this business.
The stock standard external look of the shop has no bearing on the food, their felafel was fresh, flavourful, crunchy and fluffy - don't judge this book by its cover.
Very appalling customer service, ordered by error on menulog twice, tried to get a refund for one order via menulog and falafel house, was completely ignored by both, they are both just a greedy company waiting to steal your money anyway they can, just beware and suggest buy elsewhere.
I love their Falafel, it is very delicious. I travel for more than half in hour to eat dozen Falafel with home made bread.
I'm not familiar with Lebanese food but I'm happy with the recommendation made by the waiter.
It's worthwhile to ask the number of person each dish could serve to avoid wasting of food and money.
OMG the best falafel! Crunchy, fresh, and cooked right in front of you. I bought some for my sons gf who is vegetarian, now she wants it from this place all the time:). The lady there is friendly. Tables to eat and chill, clean area.
Had a falafel platter was fresh and delicious. Zattar pie wasn’t the best tasted not fresh at all so didn’t really enjoy it. Lebanese bread could do a bit of toasting. Overall good and fresh falafel
Came in with my family to eat today and was disappointed in the service. It took 25-30 minutes to bring out our food, and when we were enquired we were told it was on the grill. Then when it came out we were missing one of the meat choices which we were told after waiting for 30 minutes that it had run out and was unavailable. If we had known during our order that it was unavailable, we would have chosen differently but we were never given that option.
They did apologise several times, which we were grateful for. But the wait, coupled with the food not being quite what we were expecting, and also finding our meat wasn't quite cooked all the way through, it was a disappointing experience. Not to mention all of the flies.
This is a shame because our family has been here several times before with the old management and quite enjoyed it. Hopefully the new a management will take on board the feedback and refine their service, because it would have made a world of difference to our experience.
No offer of compensation for the meal or the wait. This would help to endear customers and make them want to come back. Not worth the $95 we spent today unfortunately.
