Some of the bath bombs I ordered arrived broken, crumbling apart. I immediately emailed the company for support but a month later, I still haven’t heard back despite following up.

The bath bombs also had a very strong and artificial smell which caused headaches.

Wow, very impressed with the bath bombs and whipped soap. The scents were not overpowering but definitely filled the bathroom with a delicious smell. The bath bombs were the best I have used in a long time. I can't wait to try 'Fake Treats' other products. Will be shopping again here soon.

Worst customer service ever. Purchased as a gift. They do not respond to email, no phone number, won’t respond via social media. Have not receive order for long time and like a reply to know what’s happening. Will never purchase again due to bad customer service

Products are awesome and I will definitely buy again. Think they could work on their communication as they never replied to any emails that I sent. Lucky the products more than made up for it.

Literally the worst business I’ve ever dealt with.
Customer service is non existent. Numerous emails sent, no reply. Multiple attempts to make contact via social media, again no reply. Was sent a rotten candle and the second candle I ordered was nothing like advertised. Liquids not even full to the top. They advertise same day shipping, more like week after payment shipping. If they had of corresponded, this could have been resolved, however, it’s clear to see their priorities don’t include valuing their customers. Never again.

Rotten bath bomb, numerous attempts no reply but can untag me in social media. Social media was a last resort, tried to sort it amicably.

The smell is devine. I now needed to order stuff for myself as my daughter loves them all.

Shipping was so fast and the products are to die for! Everything smells incredible and I couldn’t be happier with my purchases!

Say goodbye to Lush — Fake Treats is the better value, better service new kid on the block. Seriously, make an order. You won't be disappointed!

Their service is fantastic. Even during the uncertainty of COVID, they confirm orders quickly, they stay in touch, and they offer free local delivery. My experience has been nothing less than perfect, and little touches like handwritten notes make it feel so personal.

Simply put, you can trust their products to be what they say. Lemon cheesecake bath bomb? It's going to smell exactly like lemon cheesecake. Pink bubble bath ball? Expect your bath to be SUPER pink and SUPER bubbly. You can tell they strive to deliver the perfect experience and it shows in the amazing smells and deep, beautiful colours of every single item.

For the same price, you just get more from Fake Treats. I don't feel guilty treating myself to a bath bomb or putting a soy wax melt in the burner when I know they're such good value from a local company. Although I've had free local delivery, their shipping rates seem really reasonable and they seem to often have items on discount or as gifts at really reasonable spending points.

All in all, I can't think of a business I've ever been so in love with. I haven't had a single disappointment and I look forward to running out of products just so I can order more. Don't miss out on discovering their wonderful range for yourself.
