Wow! Can my partner and I just say that we have nothing but praise for this family company. From day 1 they were professional, prompt, adaptable and the workmanship was of the finest quality too.
They replaced 4 windows for us. The kitchen window, due to dodgy home diy improvements from the previous tentant was a problem as the splash back was glued to the window frame - the boys handled this problem with professionalism and ease. The 4 windows look fantastic. The boys were quite charming as well. A great family company and fantastic workmanship.
If you could do -100 stars I would. Absolute SHAMBLES of A business. Been trying to get them out to my establishment for 3 MONTHS. The guy RAY is so unprofessional. NEVER answers, he has answered twice in 3 MONTHS told me he would send me an email (IN MARCH/APRIL) as to when he could come out. STILL WAITING! AVOID AT ALL COST
We found fairview windows after shopping around for a supplier for many months, after having a bad experience with another supplier we were extra careful in our choice of supplier. We found fairview winodows products to be of superior quality and reasonable in price. The sales rep was very professional and friendly, he came out on site to measure up the windows and worked off the plans we supplied to him to ensure all measurements and requirements were met. The windows were delivered within in 2 weeks of our order beining placed as promised. There was absolutely no delays in the supply of the windows as can often be the case with other manufactures, who have delayed lock up stage by many months.
Our carpenter who installed the windows commented that he has been a builder for 40years and has never before seen windows of this high quality.
I would recommend Fairview Windows to anyone who is after top quality windows at a reasonable price with a service policy that aims to please the customer. A reliable and trustworth supplier indeed.
