Fagg's Mitre 10

There is no staff in the garden centre to assist with anything. The checkout guy was bland and not friendly. Had to ask if there were boxes. Just little things. The girl in the paint section was wonderful, however. Well done to you!

Very good hardware store with a nursery attached. Good timber selection as well as tools, plumbing and electrical.

Store is fine checkout Is terrible every time I go there only one on the registrar and a line of people should have gone to Bunnings

Staff are very helpful. Wide range of goods. Extensive range of plants in the nursery. Only criticism is check online prices. I have found a few things priced dearer in store than online.

Prices better than expected, Bynnings not always best value. Easy to navigate too.
Also love the rewards card always getting a discount at the register.

Great place for building materials tools & garden plants which are at a good price potting mixes very well priced, surprised its even cheaper than Home Hardware O/G

Well I don't give you much for your customer service 20 minutes I waited for someone to come and help me not impressed and time to find a new hardware store

Local hardware staff are always friendly and helpful. Loyalty card is good but prices can be a bit dearer than competitors down the road.good specials. Convenient

Worker had the worst attitude. Completely not helpful. Don't work in retail if you don't want to talk to people. Shame because great store and friendly fellow shoppers.

Great location and good selection of timbers for construction. Plenty of tools and hardware. The gardensection is good too. At least I was not the only tool in the shop!

Sorry all, 1 star was the lowest on offer. Staff are lazy. 2 staff members fobbed me off with "Not my department". 1 Old bloke asked "Can I help you? " then walked off while I was talking. Left in disgust and got what I wanted from Bunnings Leopold. Had to drive further but will NEVER go back to this Mitre 10 again.

Done a fair bit of shopping here. Always seem to have what I'm looking for. I really appreciate their outdoor garden section as they have a large range of plants so always seem to find something I want. Staff have always been helpful. Personally would rather go to a local Mitre 10 than Bunnings. Looking forward to doing more work on my garden and getting my supplies here!

The timber yard gents at Wallington were fantastic. After numerous failed attempts to even speak with someone in the timber section at Bunnings, Leopold and North Geelong, my daughter suggested Mitre 10 at Wallington; so glad she did. They answered the phone straight away and went out of their way to help when I got there.

Disappointed in how these guys have dropped the ball in service send bosses down to Leopold Bunnings they could pick up a few pointers I used to love this store

Disappointed with this Mitre 10. Bought a garden hose from here. It's developed a hole in it. I took it back with my receipt. Swapped over for an inferior hose (had a heavy duty they swapped with a medium duty) and they took off the plastic connection from the new hose replacement as the $6 plastic connectors weren't part of the warrenty. Very disapointed. Won't be back.

Always get great service, love the fact I get $$$ off when frequently using my loyalty card, and a great range

Better than expected. Had a well priced outdoor seat that was just what were after and couldn't find elsewhere, along with good advice from staff member about staining. Also had cheap bags of tan bark. A well laid out store with enough staff around to help late on a Sunday
