The staff was inexperienced and very immature, their customer service knowledge is none. Harassing and making fun of the customers with such bad manners. Bad experience, period.

Never again! Rude arrogant staff, arguing with the customer who was questioning item missing from layby, Manager to young and inexperienced in her role, Hayley was her name, disappointing as the clothing you sell is not even its true labels! Told to get out if HER shop? Sorry we pay your wages
