3Disappointing that only certain items were in special. Be fair to kids that support you.
Terrible customer service and trashy attitude of the Asian staff. Store was empty as we were about to walk in and stood at the entrance with a pram having a casual chat between each other. Mind you store was empty when an Asian staff tried to hang clothes at the entrance and rudely said- make some space here please. The tone in voice and attitude was shocking. Who do you think you are to talk to customers like that, might need to get yourself in order. I get if it was busy but store was empty, it’s not that hard to be polite especially when you see someone with a pram. No hi, hello and no courtesy to help, but I guess that’s too much to ask.
Nice clothes! There was a lot on sale today, some of it on clearance. Most of it is is aimed towards younger audiences, so I wouldn’t recommend the store to older people. They’d look really out of place rocking hoodies and stuff. The workers here are super friendly and when they let us know that they were closing soon, they didn’t rush us or anything which was really cool of them.
