I was trying on a shirt and when came out i said the length is bit smaller is it the largest size you guys got, both people working in the store started laughing at me.

BE AWARE.

They label a lower price on the item and even put it on the right rack matching the discounted price tag. But when going to pay their system picks it up as a different price and then tell you they wont honor the labeled price even when it was on the rack with that same price too.

I needed some thick jackets to go to the snow. Hiring at the snow would have been $35 each. I bought 4 very warm jackets for $100. Excellent value and will be kept for snow trips for years to come. I mistakenly went to Kathmandu and the other factory shops at Uni Hill. Jackets were over $200 Also lots of awesome jeans $10 and tops $5. Definitely worth a visit.

Great size store with plenty of room to shop. Lots to choose from as well.

Don’t want to give one star as well. The girl on the counter really needs to learn how to behave and speak with the customer getting their bills done. She doesn't seem to be happy with her job, so she can leave it but shouldn’t be showing attitude and this much rudeness to a customer. Such an arrogant lady. Disgusting.

Terrible sales, any other factorie has better sales and this is supposed to be an outlet. They have shorts here for $60 you can get at Chadstone for $30, and they don't participate in sales as much as other factorie stores. Absolutely pathetic excuse for a store.
