We have just had Facelift for Homes replace our windows and doors. They were extremely professional and their communication was excellent. Extremely happy with the job and Peter and Steve for their expert advice.

I would definitely recommend using Facelift for homes. They had great communication skills, they were prompt and there quality of workmanship was of the highest standard.

I was calling around for window refurbishment when I got talking to Steve in the office. I was so impressed that he listened and walked me through different industry options based on what outcome I was looking for. I then visited the showroom and Simone showed us the doors and windows as only she can. She is an absolute gem. I did get other quotes from other business' and found they were very competitive. For the service alone I would have paid more. Needless to say, I ended up getting every window and door replaced in our house and I couldn't be happier.
The install was quick, on time, no mess left, and the team doing the install had a really good comradery (good sign of a great place to work), great communication and kept me informed during the process. Wish more companies gave this experience. I HIGHLY recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

We engaged Peter and the team at Facelift to update our very old French doors with new sliders. Update is an understatement. The new doors have completely transformed the back of our house and the vista to the back yard. The guys were on time, polite, kept me updated and cleaned up properly before leaving. We’re very happy with the result. Would highly recommend.

We replaced the old timber frame and doors at the back of our house earlier this year after years of talking about it. The difference over winter, no drafts, noise reduction has been worth every cent.my only regret is I didn’t get them done earlier. The entire team is professional and we are so happy with the result. We were looking to replace our back window and doors and upstairs windows and had several companies to quote and then we saw a Facelift for Homes van in our street.
From our first contact - we could not be more impressed. From Rod measuring to Steve in the office, to Liam, Kyle, Ace and Scott on the Job, it was all wonderful. Their communications from day 1 to the finish were effective and just the right amount of detail.
The team was a pleasure to have in our home and the installation was done in 2 days and everything left spotless. And their pricing is very competitive:)

From the initial quote to the final install, our dealings with the whole team have been extremely positive and professional. The advice from Rod, through to contract with Steve to the install with Scott and the team could not have been better. I recently had all my windows replaced by Facelift for Homes, the team are really professional from the receptionist (Simone), customer manager (Steve), builder (Rod) and install team (Scott and his crew), they were all great to deal and I would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

Overall I am very impressed and satisfied with the end result, Facelift for Homes were the only company I could find which could provide aluminum frames with measurements required for the works. Facelift for Homes provided a great end product and the install crew did a great job of making the windows looks flush as they could, given the crew cannot control existing building defects. Scott and his team were professional, approachable, efficient and reliable.

One consideration if you are going to replace your windows would be to acquire the measurements of your new windows frames and compare them to your current curtains / roller blinds to ensure they are able to refitted. My new window frames are slightly smaller from the original and now I am in the market for new blinds. This was something I overlooked during the process.

Facelift replaced some of my windows 2 years ago and I had no hesitation in getting them to replace the remaining windows. Once again, they did not disappoint. They kept me informed of progress throughout the manufacturing process and installed the windows within the stipulated time. The friendly team worked quickly and efficiently. I could not have been more pleased with the end result. Once again it was a pleasure to do business with the friendly team and I would not hesitate to highly recommend using them.

Install went without a hitch, the guys arrived on time and took great care in our newly renovated home. Worked non stop so the job was complete within one day. Everyone worked efficiently and professionally and I’ve never had a happier bunch of tradies in our home. A real delight to hear them laughing and getting on so well whilst working so hard. Our new double glazed windows and doors look amazing and we would highly recommend this company. Thank you.

We engaged Facelift for Homes to replace our timber french doors and windows leading to our courtyard. They are 2.6m high by 3.6m wide. We decided to go black aluminium sliding doors with double glazing. After a few false starts due to Covid we now have them installed and they look amazing. The communication during the whole process was great. The installers were some of the most professional trades people I have come across. We also had installed a retractable flywire screen which was made to measure. They came back and this is just as neat and tidy as the whole window/door frames. We were thinking about window coverings for it but decided against it because the window looks so good. We end up putting a blind outside to give some privacy. We are so happy with it we are now getting them to do the rest of windows.

Disappointed in this company. I reached out initially to get a quote for new windows and doors. I was asked to send photos and measurements which I did. I was then contacted via email stating they couldn’t quote from my email and to contact them to arrange an appointment. I called and left a message. After playing phone tag with a staff member and leaving multiple messages for her. I then decided to communicate via email. She stated she would call me Monday now 4 days later and still no phone call. I made one final attempt via email asking them to call me to arrange a time to quote for my new windows and doors still no response. If you don’t want my job that’s ok. Just tell me. I’m happy to give my money to another company.

We recently extended our rear deck, and the final piece of the puzzle was changing some very old windows into doors. Facelift for Homes staff were amazing at helping us decide what the best option for this space could be, then measuring and quoting a number of options. We now have spectacular bifold doors and retractable screen which we are delighted with. The quality is of the highest level. Every staff member at Facelift was a delight to work with. The installation team we efficient, pleasant and left the workspace super clean. The doors were a large financial commitment, but we are extremely pleased with the outcome. I cannot recommend Facelift for Homes highly enough. Thank you!

We had a Retractascreen installed about a year ago and Facelift for Homes was fabulous to deal with from start to finish. We were given a good run through of our options and provided recommendations. I do wish I had enquired a bit further into getting a thinner cassette, but that's on me and otherwise we've been very happy with our Retractascreen flyscreen door so far. Overall it looks great and works well. Would highly recommend this company to others.

A fantastic experience from begging to end. They even helped me out of a jam when the chippy I had arranged completely dropped the ball.
