I’ve seen Bianca before for anti wrinkle treatments and was very happy with the results and her professionalism! I recently had chin filler done I cannot believe the big difference it has made to my face it’s completely settled now and I’m loving it I can’t stop looking at my new chin!

Last week I went to iBeautox for wrinkle treatment and saw Bianca, I honestly can’t recommend her enough. She is knowledgeable, professional and is so warm and friendly. Recently saw Bianca Lauren at the St Kilda towers clinic and I must say I have been to many injecters all over the world and for the price and how much real advice and care given she was amazing. I’d highly recommend her for a no BS anti wrinkle treatment then isnt going to upsell you and make you feel worse.

Bianca did such an amazing job. My forehead and frown lines have literally disappeared after one session. She was very welcoming and informative and made me feel comfortable even though it being my first anti wrinkle experience. I definitely will be going back. Thank you Bianca!

Wanted to have treatment performed by Ally after seeing her trending online, but regrettably turned up for a consultation on a day she was working elsewhere.

Was told Dr Shams could produce better and more natural looking results, which now having had treatment done I'm highly doubtful of.

When clinics reopen I'll be sure to visit Ally in Hampton to have this botch job corrected.

Bianca is absolutely amazing and friendly, whilst maintaining 110% professionalism. The lady on reception was extremely kind and open to conversation, very welcoming. The view certainly doesn't hurt either!

I visited to enquire about botox for bruxism (grinding of the teeth) and about dark, deep circles under my eyes (generations of women in my family look on the brink of exhaustion regardless how much sleep we get, coffee we drink, or make-up we adorn).

Alex Hanby listened to my concerns, and after a lengthy discussion about my grinding, talked me out of the bruxism treatment. I am soon to be receiving dental work which may alleviate the issue; Alex pointed out that if I proceed with bruxism botox prior then I won't be able to track measurable outcomes from the dental work, and that if the dental work helps I will save myself some money, a bit of discomfort and will be able to reassess in future if grinding returns.

Alex went over options for my eyes, and found a very subtle and supportive way to decrease the exhaustion aesthetic. Alex was comfortable to speak with, she is genuinely concerned with patient comfort, and she made me feel very relaxed and cared for.

Alex offered transparency, full information, care, and a warmth not often experienced in medical clinics.

I’ve been with iBeauTox for over a year and they’re legit very professional in botox and fillers. Nurses are always friendly and patiently explaining to me about the products and my treatments at clinic, and are happy to arrange a free follow up appointment. Plus nice views at St Kilda Tower: p

I had 2 procedures (one I had never had done before) yesterday by Bianca Loren at iBeauTox so I was a little nervous to say the least! Bianca and the team at iBeauTox made me feel so relaxed and welcome I forgot all about my nerves - the amazing view in the beautiful office helped too. The results were absolutely amazing. The iBeauTox app makes cosmetic injectable bookings simple and covenient for me, giving me the ability to access available times and dates happening at all the different satellite locations throughout melbourne (these include Box Hill, Burwood, Croydon, Essendon, Footscray, and more!) so that I can pick and choose the time and place that suits me whenever I want. I visited the Essendon Clinic a few days ago and the nurse (sorry for forgetting the name) was so professional and smooth in her treatment. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking through the app since it makes cosmetic bookings more convenient!
