I recently contacted Ben from F5IT to see if he could help with a few issues regarding software as well as hardware for my business. I wasn’t sure if Ben could help me but I felt comfortable having a chat with him about my needs knowing he would be able to point me in the right direction if it wasn’t something he could help with.

Ben is a man of many talents and was able to help me immediately - updating some stuff on my website that had been giving customers an error (I had been putting it off for months and he fixed it in 10 minutes). He also managed to source me a laptop to run special software so that I can work from home during COVID and had it delivered to me a few hours later. His prices were affordable (I regretted not approaching him sooner), his service was quick, and he was a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to engage him again.
