8The crew at F45 Williamstown are sensational. I've had gym memberships in the past and always fizzled out. 3 years on and I still attend 5 times a week (when not in lockdown) and my overall fitness has dramatically improved over the years. Love the F45 vibe. Not much gets me out of bed early in the morning but 4 out of 5 weekdays sometimes 5 you’ll find me at 7am sweating it out amongst my F45 mates. It’s the best way to start your day
One of the the best F45’s I have attended! The coaches are great for correcting your technique and push you more than you think you’re capable. Would highly recommend!
My partner and I have been training with Toni (& Luke) since Williamstown opened, and both love it. The workouts are so effective - we're both fitter than ever, I think. And it's mad fun. Plus the vibe the Team creates is just awesome. Thanks so much guys!
Loved it to begin with, but had issues canceling membership for summer due to hot weather and a few injuries. Was paid already two weeks in advance (as I paid my membership monthly and in advance) and they expected another months payment & now threatening with debt collectors. This doesn’t seem right as when I started, others who had canceled only had to be payed 21 day which is three weeks - not 6 weeks. I was intending on re- joining for winter, but that’s not going to happen now if that’s how you’re treated when you leave.
The best gym I've been to! I finally look forward to working out. Toni and the team are super motivating and very hands on during the sessions. The team environment creates good competition really pushes you to do your best. The gym itself is very spacious, clean, and Toni always bumps the music! I can't say enough good things, Book your trial NOW!
