F45 Watergardens is the best! Motivating and friendly trainers, classes change to keep it interesting and challenging. And wonderful community vibes! For a busy mum, the schedule and 45 minutes makes it possible for me to be there, and get results, get my me time, and compliments and feel so good! Big thank you to the whole team! This place is AWESOME! The trainers are amazing at what they do, always willing to help and always with a big smile on their face. This club has a real family feel about it and the members are equally as lovely as the staff. If a place exists where burpees would be considered fun, this would be it. 5 stars from me

F45 watergardens has the most warm and welcoming atmosphere. Theres always high energy and laughter in the room. The trainers make an effort to know everyones name so that everyone feels included and comfortable. They also ensure that you are completing the exercises correctly which is 10x better than having to workout alone in a gym. Ive never been consistent with exercising but f45 has made that possible for me

Such a great vibe and positive energy at this studio. The trainers push you and want to work with you so you can achieve your personal goals. Have loved getting to know all the trainers and the support and tips they give you along the way. Would Recommend.

I joined only for the 8 week challenge late last year in prep for my wedding and after finishing, I ended up suffering withdrawals!

Couldn't love this place any more. It is such an awesome way to start the day. The trainers at F45 Watergardens really care for what they do and are always keeping an eye on you. If you want a workout that is efficient and you know will give you results, get started!

F45 watergardens changed my life. I was in a bit of a rut mentally and physically and one day I decided to just go. Best decision I have ever made. The trainers are always there and they got your back no matter what! They know what your limits are as well so every session I surprise myself on what more I can do. Very energetic, very enthusiastic and everyone there just makes my day:) I love my F45 family and I will go there forever!

I was referred by a friend to try out F45 and had no idea what to expect or what i was going into. I went to the Hollywood session on a Saturday which was an hour long and let me tell you it was BRUTAL and every part of my body was sore. After that i kept going every day and i became addicted!
I started to see results straight away, my body starting changing and i was toning up after each class. The trainers are amazing and the vibe, energy, music is great! Its addictive! Probably one of the best things i have ever done. Highly recommend if you're looking to lose weight, get fit or just tone up your body.

The staff are friendly and approachable and the studio has a great variety of training sessions where you can get the most out of your workout!

I started at F45 Watergardens after my wife nagged me about "just giving it a go". I thought it would never be a good fit for me. I was totally wrong. This is a great place to train. I have tried heaps of other training styles ranging from a commercial gym to Olympic weightlifting and I have found F45 to be the most effective out of the lot. I have lost a heap of weight and I feel pretty damn good.
Trainers are always smiling and happy to help. They even give you a call and sign you into sessions when you are being lazy! They actually have a focus on their members and keep them motivated.

This place is my second home! The team and members at F45 watergardens are all superstars!

I've always felt uncomfortable training at other gyms as I didn't know what I was doing & was always unmotivated until I joined F45.

The trainers are expirienced, welcoming, motivating, friendly and sometimes like to torture you when you get too friendly (be aware!). Members have the same good vibes! Your always training with someone new so its no surprise that we are one big family!

F45 Watergardens is a "strange addiction" in the best way possible, when you miss a session you actually get FOMO (fear of missing out). It is such an amazing environment, everyone is so friendly! For me it's the best way to start my day!
Best decision is to sign up for that free trial and see how quickly you can get addicted!

After completing their 4 week trial I was completely blown away with both the staff and the training facilities. All of the trainers were wonderful and know exactly how to push and motivate you. I 100% saw results after only being there for a short time and would highly recommend this studio to anyone from the Westside!

Love the early morning classes and the instructors energy and enthusiasm! Makes it worth getting up at 5AM some mornings! Location is perfect and convenient wouldn’t go anywhere else

I have been training with F45 Watergardens for just over a year and it has been the only thing that has really helped me reach my fitness goals!

The coaches are friendly, attentive and provide expert advice when it comes technique and training. They really show a lot of care for the members, motivating and pushing us to get the best workouts possible.

The studio is clean and well maintained. Members have access to two change rooms with showers, discounts with partnered stores as well as supplements and merchandise available for purchase.

My favourite part about being an F45 Watergardens member is the sense of community that I can only find here. This is truly an amazing studio with the best staff and fun workouts!

After trialling two other F45’s in the western suburbs last year and not feeling the vibe; I joined F45 watergardens and was hooked from day one!
From my first session all the trainers made me feel really welcome, they always gave me words of encouragement and motivated me through out the work outs. Every one is super positive and the vibe is great! This has to be the best F45 in the West if not the whole of Melbourne! I would highly recommend checking it out!
