Love the variety in the workouts. The trainers are always helpful; it’s never an issue if I need assistance to modify any exercises due to past injuries. Love that I can enjoy a private sauna after my workout. And showers are always clean! 10/10:)

Only recently started and already really loving the functional workouts. Enjoy that every day is a different focus with alternative exercises available. Appreciative of the F45 app that allows me to do home based workouts on the days I can not attend. App is easy to use with great tips around nutrition and mindset as well. Every one is very friendly. Clean environment. Love not having to think at 6am what I am going to 'train' today!

F45 Shepparton give their members excellent service and are extremely helpful. All the trainers are super nice and willing to assist you. Such a great space that welcomes everyone of any fitness level. No one judges you - would recommend to anyone of any level.

I have always felt welcomed by all the trainers. As a person who isn't confident in gyms, they are always helpful with tips and techniques. This gym has a positive vibe and a fun place to be. The trainers are there to help with all areas of fitness including food.

I have been at F45 since it first opened. They have been supportive through my pregnancy and returning postpartum. Flexible membership options and friendly trainers who are happy to change up any exercise to suit your needs.
