F45 Training Melton

Stay healthy with an intense 45 min session. Coaches are really helpful and you can get better results from it.

My partner asked me to get into shape so I joined F45 Melton. I've taken one class and I'm pretty sure I'm dying. I'll definitely keep going. The owner is funny and the atmosphere is way less cult like when compared to other crossfits.
10/10 will attend again

Update:
I attended again. I'm so high on endorphins right now I can't even remember my own name. The owner maintains a great atmosphere and is a pro at yelling at me to 'lift it up one more time'. She's not one of those trainers that reminds you to 'breathe'. I was told tomorrow is a 'weights day'. I'd like to go if my legs work but I'll likely aim for Wednesday.
Pretty sure this is how I'm gonna die, but at least it's fun.

I wanted to share my positive experience with F45 Melton.
I started 20 weeks ago & was welcomed by Carolyn & the team of staff immediately. Feeling so ready & inspired to gain a healthier lifestyle & increase my fitness. That has definitely happened. I managed to win a challenge, lose weight & cm’s off my body, gain muscle & most importantly gain confidence in myself again. I’ve currently lost 16kg with just a little bit to go to reach a personal goal. I’m eating more food than I thought possible lol, & I know with the help of F45 Melton I’m going to be my best.

An AMAZING place to workout, the trainers take the time to help everyone, which I have found a lot of gyms don't do.
I joined on a 2 week trial, and will defiantly sign up!

F45 has been heaven sent after lockdown. The vibe there is so encouraging and it is an easy 45min session that pushes you to your limits.

Covid may have "paused" us but not stoped us from going back to classes as soon as studio opened!

Great place to train, clean, spacious and friendly staff make it that much more enjoyable. Every workout is all set up ready for you to kill it. Very time efficient way to get a good pump in.

I have never joined a gym but felt very comfortable joining F45 Melton. Fantastic facility, acheivable results, supportive friendly staff and an unpretencious environment. Highly recommend.

After 3-4 months off from F45 due to work and the kids being on school holidays I finally returned yesterday and absolutely died but I remembered why I love it so much. Trainers are amazing, peers are so supportive and the vibe is just the upmost positive vibe. Oh how I miss F45 so much. So glad to be back:)
