I love F45 Craigieburn, before I started 4 weeks ago I had never done any type of group exercise before and was a bit nervous about it. Ive always been very self conscious and worried about what people think about me in the gym; but I can happily say that it is the best gym I’ve ever been too. Coaches are so amazing and always pushing you to do your best, and the people you train with are so lovely.
