F45 Training Coburg

Was suspect of f45 for a long time, but between the Thornbury and Coburg sister locations, I have become a true convert. Lovely instructors who take a keen interest in how you're traveling without being too intrusive. Good mix of exercises each day and across the week. Music is generally good too, even if there is the occasional howler

Signed up for the F45 challenge 4 weeks ago. I've been blown away at how addictive and fun F45 is. The team in Coburg is super friendly and supportive. Can't wait to see the results after the challenge finishes.

A great encouraging environment with endless support, that creates a sense of belonging, very dedicated team that I can’t thank enough. As hard as the training can be, Kathy’s “Almost there” would make it sound easy and fun.
Haven’t tried other F45’s and I don’t think that it’s an option!

Training at F45 Coburg is always something I look forward to. I’m always motivated and keen to train as it’s never boring, like the gym. The trainers make every session more enjoyable with their encouragement and they are always upbeat. I’ve come a long way since i started 5 years ago, with amazing results.

Never thought I could get so much out of the experience. The journey is amazing and the overall atmosphere is wonderful and welcoming. Looking forward to smashing my goal.

I was kind of sceptical of F45 for some reason but after a good recommendation from a friend, I decided to join. Best decision I have made in a while.

Can't recommend F45 Coburg enough - it will get you super fit!

Very organised sessions with diverse programs and equipment to get an all of body workout. Accommodating of both beginners and those who like a friendly/supportive environment for scheduled training. With screens to remind you of the moves and the ability to go at a pace that's optimal for you

An amazing atmosphere created by the team and the folks that train here. Encouraging, accepting, motivating and friendly.

Staff are great at answering any and all questions and really help you to reach your goals.

I’ve never really liked any gym before but F45 Coburg is special.

Classes start and finish on time, studio is clean and equipment is well maintained, instructors are knowledgeable and fun. There is a lot of variation in classes which makes it great for all fitness levels. I always leave the studio feeling empowered and motivated.

I have absolutely loved my experience at F45 Coburg. Over the past 3 years I have learnt so many tips and tricks from Jodie, Lil and their supportive team of trainers. I still look forward to each training session and can’t recommend F45 Coburg highly enough!

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had! Gym's are generally boring, the fast paced workout along with the lovely trainers (Lil and Jodie) make this well worth it

Jodie and Lil have been so supportive since the beginning and I’ve never been more motivated to work out! I love how clean thé studio always is and how inviting everyone has been. F45 Coburg is definitely a non judgemental environment and i love it!

I can not speak more highly of F45 Coburg. Lil, Jodie and the team are super welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. After many years of no formal exercise I signed up for a challenge and I quickly became hooked. The difference in my energy levels, strength and fitness in a short amount of time is very satisfying. The team is super encouraging without pushing too hard. The variety of exercises makes each session different. From experience I know the team will and can very happily make adjustments to accommodate injuries where needed. I love that the sessions run on time every time. The studio is spacious and is always clean. I just can’t be any more positive about F45 Coburg.
