Unprofessional, Andrea talks down to people-I think his name is Greg-he has no idea whether he works there or is a very dense man. Never even returned my call-two-three weeks. And, I’m doing a monument for MY OWN DAUGHTER!
Disgraceful and shameful to do this to people who have already lost all our heart.
PLEASE! NEVER USE THEM! Fraudsters!

Very unprofessional, I emailed Andrea a photo of the tome stone as per her request which already had personal information on it and months later still no replies to any of my emails or phone calls… it’s very disconcerting. I’ve obviously gone elsewhere but I’ve never experienced anything like it. They don’t even deserve one star…. How are they still in business

F. Hallett & Son created the most magnificent monument for our father. We received attentive service from Phil and their craftsmanship and installation was exquisite and exceeded all of our expectations. Highly recommend.

DO NOT USE! Do not use these people. They are extremely unprofessional, awful to deal with. Unresponsive & take your money without actually doing any work.

Very dissatisfied with the service of F Hallett & Son Pty Ltd. Have sent 7 emails and made 5 phone calls over the last 10 weeks for a simple plaque quote. No reply to any of the emails. Do not waste your time contacting this company.

Thank you to Phil and all staff for creating a beautiful last gift to our parents. The whole process and costs were explained and was updated throughout during this emotional time. Highly recommended.
