Thankyou to Frank, Travis & Michael from Exytrail Cambellfield. Picked up our new Parkes 13 mk3 today. Service and handover was fabulous. This is our second purchase from Exytrail Campbellfield, first being our camper trailer which we could not fault, so going back to them for our off road caravan was a no brainer. Our new van is great, has everything we want and just a little bit more. Thanks again guys, you are a pleasure to deal with.

Very friendly team and helpful. They answered all our questions about the Ceduna caravan. We got a great deal with added extras. Travis was very accommodating to what we needed to do. Frank only carries his mobile in his back pocket and no tools we soon learnt but considering his the salesman it didn't matter. I highly recommend checking out their range of campers and caravans for your next purchase.

Make sure you get everything with the van/camper because you’ll never hear from them again. Follow up calls and emails and no response. Unprofessional company, typical sales team, once you take delivery forget after service, non existent.

Amazing, friendly an attentive staff at the Campbellfield branch. Ask for Travis. He was fantastic. And so was Gibbs who loves his job in the workshop and therefor passionate and all over it like a seagull on chips! Very thorough and they didn't let me leave until my issue was sorted. Bought our new camper trailer from Kilsyth about a week ago need a few things fixed nothing major so took it down to campbellfield and had the best coustomer service experience I have had in a long time Travis and his crew were amazing they helped me with everything and went above and beyond teaching me about a few extra things I had no clue about they didn’t have to but was amazed they spent the time and patience helping me navigate threw the trailer properly this crew truly need a raise or a bonus as they take there job seriously and care for people’s safety first

I would like to share my experience dealing with branch manager Travis Chenoweth at Ezytrail Camper Trailers & Caravans in Campbellfield. I have loved camping for the past 35 years of my life. I have owned swags, tents and for the previous 15 year owned a caravan. In 2017, I was looking for a change because towing a heavy caravan everywhere became tedious let alone the storage. I attended the caravan and camping shows at Geelong, Bendigo and Caulfield racecourse and decided to purchase a camper trailer. With my experience in camping, I knew exactly what I needed, and dealing with a professional like Travis Chenoweth at EzyTrail made my experience worthwhile and buying without any regret. I was very detailed and meticulous with what I needed, and he was able to deliver with confidence a new Lincoln Z MK2 with a boat lifter with all my requested extra’s. Over the past three years, I have had little issue with the camper and every time I have a concern, he is always there as support. Most recently, after three years I returned the battery charger that came with the camper as I did not believe it was working correctly. I had not been to Ezytrail for at least twelve months and without any hesitation, he swapped it over with a new one. That is the exact support and service that he delivers. He is a true believer and has a moto that “if you treat people in a way that you would like to be treated”, you gain respect, trust and a continued client relationship. Travis is not just a salesman. His knowledge, experience and expertise being a regular camper himself places him in the elite in his skillset. I encourage every person wanting to buy a camper trailer or caravan to make the effort to visit Travis in Campbellfield. You will not be disappointed.

The bloke who run this store is a joke, I bought a second hand camper with 250kms on the wheel come of at 90kms with my wife and kids in the car, and he just replied can’t help you it’s second hand, no help what’s so ever! Do not buy any of there product as they all run a Chinese land cruiser hub assembly that just makes Australian standards! The reply from people on face book that have had the same problem was outstandingly common that this has happened to. They are putting peoples lives at risk and he doesn’t care. Spend your money on I Ausy made it pays of trust me do not purchase any of

BEWARE

We buy camper trailer and we are NOT HAPPY at all. We went camping up north off road and found inside the camper full of dust, including fridge covered in dust and all our belongings, rubber seals are useless just like the customer support. Most definitely is not a OFF ROAD camper like they claim. We took it to cambellfield site only to get told cant help, took to head office kilsyth site, left trailer there for 2 weeks only to find they didn’t even open the camper up, sat samespot 2 weeks. Highly don’t recommend buying a EZY TRIAL camper, nothing but headaches.

We bought ours in 2012, good price ($5500) for a brand new unit, I thought they are one of the best value for money on the market. Towed ours all over the Top End, Vic High Country, Outback Qld/SA and never had any issues. Can thoroughly recommend EZY trail.

We have owned our sy4i for 4 years now and towed it around Australia faultlessly. We have slept numerous months in it now, from overnight stays to fortnight long stays. We have not had any issues with the manufacturing nor the quality of canvas.
