Brendan from Ezytrail Campers in Kilsyth went above and beyond to seek help and spare parts for my beloved camper! Will definitely be back when it's time to upgrade!

We recently purchased a Parkes15 MK3 from the Kilsyth store. I cannot speak highly enough of Luke and his team for making the process an easy one. The after sales service has been exceptional. Having just completed a 7500 klm trip, the van performed well and was so easy to tow. I would highly recommend buying an Ezytrail from Luke and his team. Their new Kilsyth showroom is well worth a visit.

I bought a Winton 10 back in March of this year 2023. Brendan was most helpful on the day! I went to take a look at the Winton. I hadn't actually gone to buy one but ended up making the decision to buy. When I went to pick the Winton up, Brendan was once again very helpful and took me over the basics of the operational features, referred me to the Victron App and also to the Facebook page which has been really educational. I have been away for a short holiday and all went well. I had a friend who is knowledgeable about solar battery systems take a look and he was impressed with the set up. I was fortunate the Winton I chose already had the extras I wanted so from purchase to pick up was only a few weeks. Thanks to Brendan for showing me through the Winton as I am really excited about getting away as soon as I can for another break.

Avoid the Kilsyth branch at all costs. Here is my story:

I recently purchased a Lincoln LN MK3 from Ezytrail in Kilsyth, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I bought it at the Victorian Caravan, Camping & Touring Supershow in February, with a promised delivery in mid-March, three weeks from there, but there were numerous issues with the process. When I emailed them on March 9th to confirm the delivery date, they informed me that they were still adding extras and that I should be able to take possession in two weeks. I followed up again on April 5th, and they said it would likely be the following week. I sent another email on April 16th, putting even more pressure on them, as I was planning a two-month trip starting on April 22nd. I had to call my salesperson and the manager during that week because I had no answer from them, I was considering shopping for another camper trailer. Towards the end of the week, they finally confirmed April 22nd as the handover date. However, I was deeply disappointed when I arrived on Saturday morning. The camper trailer was very dirty, with rust in certain areas. The salesperson seemed eager to finish the handover as quickly as possible to get back to his office and computer. He didn't even mention the VictonConnect app for battery management (I learned about it in the Adelaide branch). Given the problems, we agreed to wait for them to fix the paint issues and do the cleaning, and we would return on Monday. On Monday morning, the paint problems were resolved, and we set off for Adelaide. After a three-hour drive, we set up the camper trailer only to discover that one of the interior cushions was missing, and two others were broken. How can this happen with a brand-new camper trailer?

We also experienced issues with the batteries and the Projecta inverter. The Kilsyth branch only responded to half of our emails and voicemails, offering excuses like 'I didn't receive your email' or 'I thought the phone message was an old one and didn't return your call. ' We managed to get new cushions on our return, but not without constantly hounding them throughout our trip. They are now hiding behind the manufacturers to avoid honoring the warranty on the batteries and inverter. In summary, it's a decent camper trailer for a family, but I would strongly advise avoiding the Kilsyth branch at all costs.

Very disappointing to read how everyone got such good service and yet mine was the worst ever from day one. We brought a camper trailer to be built. Overcthe 10 month build we were told 7 times that it was ready only to be told no its not. Got stuffed around than when it was finally ready we picked it up, nobody showed us how to set up i got told to utube it which there is nothing on our model. When we got it home there was someone else stuff in the trailer.have bee trying to get it picked up for 6 weeks but still nothing. Get told it will be collected but still nothing.
I have sent so many emails and evan rang but no one ever gets back to me.we were told that tbey would send out stone gaurd than i rang to find out where it is and they said tbey dont ha e them anymore. Ok got money back than put camper up to find out it was missing there spare room we desperately needed for the kids. They sent a room out with no floor so we now dont have a room.got our money back. So basically we now have a amper trailer that doesn't work for our family. Totally different from the one we ordered. I've had such poor servic and communication its ridiculous. Now i have to sell a camper that im gonna lose on and that doesn't work for us.

We are traveling around Australia for 2 years and after 9 months on the road we decided that living in motels was becoming a challenge.
So we decided to purchase a caravan that our 2019 Ford Escape could pull.
Going online we saw the Winton 10 which seemed perfect for us. I sent an email requesting more information regarding this caravan.
I got a response the next day from the manager Luke. He invited us to come over to the showroom and see one and he could discuss any queries that we may have.
We did this and met Luke who showed us the caravan and did a check to confirm that our Ford Escape could easy pull the Winton 10.
Luke gave us his undivided attention and we felt most comfortable with his warm and pleasant personality.
We left to think about things and weigh up what he told us.
I later bombarded Luke with email after email asking more questions that at times were so basic (as we were novices with no knowledge of caravaning). His replies were always timely and he guided us carefully with all our requests.
We dicided to purchase a Winton 10 and asked Luke if we could get delivery by Christmas. He came back and confirmed that this was possible.
We were told to leave our accommodation earlier than arranged. I called Luke to ask if it was possible to try and get delivery earlier.
He promised that he would try. "Long story short" we picked up our caravan on 22 Novemenber. From the first enquiry email (mid October to the delivery date) was like a miracle.
Luke had managed to sort out things for us. We had to cut out certain things we wanted on the caravan, which we agreed to and Luke got us over the line with more than a month to spare.
Not to mention the great deal that he put together for us.
We are enjoying our beautiful caravan, it's sheer luxury. Thank you Luke for winding this all up so fast, and for the patience you showed with us.
I highly recommend that if you want a good, honest, professional (no bull.t) deal.
Luke is your man.

Value for money and practicality is definitely what we got with our Parkes15 after having Jayco’s we are so happy we brought the Ezytrail from the guys at Kilsyth the van layout is awesome and any issues we’ve had Brendan has been great to help get them resolved

My wife and I went to the caravan and camping show just recently and we came across a camper trailer. Ezytrail camper trailer. We have both have been looking around for some time. And to our surprise this was the only trailer at the show. We spoke to Luke William about the trailer which he gave us a quick rundown. (Customers everywhere) We took his card and told him we will be in touch. My wife I did a lot of research that night and the following day and came to find that this was the BEST PRICED trailer on the market. We called the other brands out there to question further about their trailers and the price they were asking for blown me away. You pay extra for rims, tyres and everything else you need to go off road. Ezytrail doesn’t add such costs. Yes, there are extras you can add if you need it and yes, there is a charge. But if you want a good off roader and you are happy with the basic setup. You are ready. We contacted Luke and placed an order. It was a breeze. We told him what we didn’t want and what we wanted as an extra and there was no issues. In fact, he told us 2 weeks and we are ready for delivery. It has been a pleasure to deal the the team and Luke at Ezytrail. And I will refer clients to him.

I'm in the process of purchasing a Winton 10. I have had so many questions. Brendan has been a huge help. He is very knowledgeable on the product and has been so patient and understanding with all my queries. He's a legend. I just contacted these guys again and this time it was Luke who helped me. Again great service and understanding with my numerous questions.

Bought my Parkes 15 mkII Ezytrail last year.
Love it. Been on a few trips so far and find it very easy to tow, set up and function. Kids and wife love it too. Brendan has been most helpful. Very knowledgeable and accessible for aftermarket care which is very important. Had a few issues with awning windows, strips and hot water function, but Brendan sorted it all out for me without any hassles and very prompt.
Thank you Brendan and Luke. A great asset to the Ezytrail team. Great Product, but also Great Staff to back it up!

We have been living in our new Ceduna 13 MK2 now since December. Luke has been great since we first enquired about a van (he hooked us up with a cancelled order and we got it in two weeks). All little issues dealt with easily and promptly by Luke and the team - including over Xmas and sending us stuff on the road. Van has been 8000km now and we are stoked. No big challenges. We even towed it up to Craig's Hut for a night.
We can't recommend Ezytrail and Luke at Kilsyth enough. He actually sold the camper trailer we started out with a few years ago.

We absolutely love our new Ezytrail Ceduna Mk2. Luke from Kilsyth has been fantastic since the day we walked into the warehouse. Throughout the build we were given timely updates, and on delivery the handover was extremely detailed, with Luke more than happy to answer any queries along the way. The build is fantastic, and what has really impressed me is the service after the delivery. Any query I have had has been dealt with in a timely and a professional manner. 100% recommended.

What absolute stars! We were packing up our camper trailer in the pouring rain and rushed a bit, breaking some of the plastic internal joins in our camper trailer.

Wanting to fix these as soon as possible so that we could go camping through Jan, we stopped in to Ezytrail in Kilsyth for help. Luke was an absolute legend! Under the pump with staff home sick with Covid, Luke got us on our way as quickly as possible while still helping other people.
