Exceptional service.
I had a remote stolen from my car which gives me access to my work shop.

Natalie and Damian were very helpful with advice on securing the shutter and organising a new remote and instructions to wipe the old remotes and reprogram the new.

*TAKING LEGAL ACTION*
I orderd a shutter in November 2022 that was catching and jumping from day 1. I contatcted salesman with the initials DE and was told this was normal (first red flag), 4 months later the motor died. I was told by DE a new motor was being sent out and that I was to do the repair on my time and money (second red flag). 1 month later and still nothing (entire shutter was manufactured and at my door in 3 weeks), contatced again seeking a full refund due to their failure to repair in an acceptable timeframe and the shutter having a major fault as it does not operate at all with a faulty motor, according to DE this is not a major fault and Im not entitled to a refund (ACCC says so though).
Family's cant afford to use EzyFit Roller Shutters in todays economy. This is a warning to anyone thinking of using them.

We have purchased from Ezyfit time and time again and cannot reccomend them highly enough. Rosa and her team are extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Not to mention the quality of their product - second to none. They are easy to install and even easier to use. We purcahsed 2 roller shutters for our children's bedrooms and a third for our main bed room and they are exactly what we were after. The products at Ezyfit are also extremely reasonably priced.

Really great Product and for a great price I work night shift and always going to sleep during the day when the sun shines in my room even with black out curtains I installed this roller shutter and not it's practically pitch black in my room I say practically as when I put it on I had it Just a few MM's too hit and just a tiny bit of sun bleeds in but doesn't make any issues I would Highly recommend this product

I purchased 8 EzyFit shutters 5 years ago for my home. Not one single problem in that time. Excellent product!

These guys make good quality shutters at a very reasonable price. I installed two blinds on my own in about 4 hours. One worked very smooth and quietly, the second was making some clunking noises and didn't go all the way down. But after an email and a return phone call the technician was very quick to diagnose the issue which was easy to fix, and now they both work beautifully.
They are ~99% light block out which is awesome. After using these two blinds for a few months I'm impressed enough I have ordered another 4 to complete my entire home. The only negative is they take some weeks to produce the blinds after ordering, but that is understandable as they are made specificity to fit your requirements.

Easy to deal with. Website provided everything required, Information - Ideas & Installation manuals. Ordering was easy. Shutters came very well packaged.
