My friend and I made a booking to get piercings with them. As we arrived to the address that they provide on google, there was no answer to the door and the place looked abandoned, we tried calling head office and the school that we booked into but there was no answer after 15mins of waiting and calling we finnaly got an answer and was told that the school had moved to Preston over a year ago. Very bad communication skills.
