Vivian was lovely, professional and paid attention to detail to make sure my visit went smoothly! She was proactive in ordering trial lenses in for me and has gone above and beyond in helping me find the right frames for my first new pair of glasses in 8 years! Vivian is a HUGE asset to this practice and I hope she’s recognised for her amazing work:)

She took great care in explaining the results and, unlike other optometrists I have seen previously, I did not feel rushed. Highly recommend this fantastic team! I’ll be back for my yearly check up!

I’ve worn glasses since the age on 5, so I’ve seen a lot of optometrists. After persisting with Specsavers for over 5 years (broken and badly prescribed) I’d had enough and upgraded. Eyes on Docklands…well I have just experienced real service. My optometrist was fabulous, very thorough and really explained my eye health so well.
Gary helped me with my frames and found the perfect pair faster than I ever could have. He is brilliant! These are 100% the best new glasses I have ever had. Thanks so much team!

Besides creating a great atmosphere at the boutique, Gary has an amazing eye and he'll help you pick the best frames possible for your face.

Most recently, they've just helped with my migraine symptoms, with some pink tinted lenses that were recommended. Oh, and Gary also just repaired the arm of my father's glasses for free!

They picked up things that other optometrist and places didn’t notice. Very grateful and happy with the outcome and will continue to go here for all of my needs. Great service! I went to couple other optometrists about fitting in prescription glasses into a really difficult (unorthodox) frame, and they all told me it was impossible job. However, Eyes on Docklands seem to have had smooth time doing the glasses for me in this frame. They look great. Definitely made a repeat customer out of me.

I was suggested by optometrist Kristina to do an ultrasound to determine if I have glaucoma which would cost me around $80. According to eye prescription she gave me my left eye is -3.00. I didn't trust a word she said because it just didn't feel right at all. So I went to Costco to get my eye tested again it turned out my eye pressure is good and my left eye is -2.25. Eyes on docklands doesn't care for your eye health and they just want to make the most profit out of their customers. The optometrist is quite arrogant and fake. Please don't go there!

Found that for contacts they are quite expensive compared to other optometrists. I ordered contacts through them hoping to get them before i left for overseas and they didn’t arrive in time although i was led to believe that there is a fair chance they would. In the end i could have waited and trailed more contacts that would of been more suitable thankfully when i got back i was able to exchange them for lenses which were more suitable. They also wouldn’t honour a promotion that a supplier was having to provide 30 pairs of free contact lenses they twisted the Terms and Conditions and insisted that no one will give me the promotion. My local optometrist has now ordered them for me. Won’t ever go back and will not be recommending anyone to them.

Friendly nice place.
Needed a screw for my sunglasses and the chap inside looked after me quickly with no charge. Would go back when it's time for a new pair.
