My 2 kids and I both get seen by Jean, She is very thorough and takes her time with you. She's lovely and so are the staff.

Exceptional optometrists who care about you and don't sell you things you don't need. Highly recommend.

Prerna is the best optometrist I've had, she's very good at what she does and explains everything very clearly. I've always had excellent service here, I highly recommend this place.

This businesses lack of care nearly sent my daughter blind. She has been a patient there for many years, maybe 7 years as she is very short sighted and would visit them at least 4 times a year did not have a retina check for 3.5yrs and the normal timeframe for her age group is a 3 yr check. Unfortunately she had a sever detachment at 19yrs, had to have a belt put around her eye, lost vision and experience 2 months of constant pain, basically bedridden as with the detachment came vertigo. When I called management i was told it was unfortunate as she got lost in the back office and did not have a checkup within the correct timeframe of 3yrs. Every other optometrist i have seen since can't believe the situation and say they do this check every year. Not only was that a issue but 3 mths before her detachment my daughter went to them saying something was wrong with her contacts she needs to try new ones as her eye sight was getting worse, instead of checking her thoroughly, they made her try 3 new sets of lenses and with no change just told her to stay with what she had. Its appalling that a health professional would not look into this further but dismiss the eyesight worsening. 3mths after her operation my daughter still cant work and has had to give up her job, stop university study so couldn't finish her first year in Nov 2021 and be out in the sun. She is 20yrs, It is now Feb i have had no followup reviews, compensation or a phone call other than the one i made over Xmas
DONT EVER GO THERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SIGHT, her optometrist Prina confirmed that she was a bit inexperience only being in the industry for 12yrs! Okay not sure how long you need to do your job properly but 12yrs normally should do it as far as i am concerned.

My husband and I recently visited Eyecare Plus Optometrists in Bundoora and would like to recommend and thank all staff for their professional care of us. They were friendly and so very helpful and Prerna, the Optometrist, was careful and thorough in her examination, explaining each procedure to us.
