We had Mike come and service our evap cooler. After a couple of false starts with parts (our cooler is over 15 years old), it is running beautifully. Communication was great and he was on time and very good to deal with.

Very happy, have already recommended them to someone else, would definitely use them again.

Great job by the guys who came and replaced our ducted heating. Picked up a gas leak from our hot water service and fixed it for us. Mike had previously checked out the ducted heating unit and and sent a follow up team to replace it. All were professional and timely. Highly recommend this company for their customer service.

The two service Technicians were great. They got in, got the service done efficiently with no headaches. Once finished, Ant explained everything that was done in simple, easy to understand language. I was so impressed with the quick service. The receptionist was polite and answered all my questions very calmly. They found a slot the next day to repair my issue.
The repair guy looked at the machine, knew exactly what the issue was, cleaned it, like he said he would and off he went. There was no mocking around or wasting time.

Extrordinair were professional with good communication throughout. The two installers did a neat and tidy job of our residential split system installation. All the services were routed neatly and they were happy to position the outdoor units on the roof so they were out of view. The units they recommended are working well - we love their smart features and how quiet they are.
