BAD BUSINESS! Go elsewhere. I had a group booking for 11 people. Everything was paid and confirmed. We arrive on time but the owner or staff were a no show! No communication, no notice was given. No cancellation advice…NOTHING! No phone call! We waited for 30 minutes still no contact. Incredibly disappointing, disrespectful and just BAD business. Left 11 people stranded and others before us too. People traveled 1.5hrs for this event and were left speechless. A refund was issued but still no communication about why! Take your experience elsewhere where they are more reliable.

Took my two kids here 2 years ago for a diving certification. No one at the store helped my daughter with a wetsuit after being offered 3 incorrectly sized suits. The instructor was incredibly rude and arrogant making the entire day stressful for both of my kids. He ran the intro to diving course as if it was stress and rescue. He Ignored all requests for help, had no trolley to carry equipment hundreds of meters from the car park. Refused to help carry any of the equipment forcing me to lug my own and kids tanks to and from his car. Totally unprofessional. People just standing by saw how much was equipment was left and helped carry it while the instructor wandered off.
I never went back for the second half of the course and would never recommend doing a diving course here.

This is not a place to fulfil any scuba diving wants, it makes you want to do the opposite with how unscrupulous the business dealings can be.

Went for SUP for an hour, the staffs were super friendly and helpful. There’s a bathroom and a change room and they’re clean. Would recommend this business!

Nice people in the shop, excellent servicing fixed old set of oceanic regs worked great no problems. Highly recommend in Victoria

Staff members really welcoming and chill. I was there with a friend doing PADI course from another provider but the team in the shop was still very helpful with appropriate gears suggestions. Will definitely go again if around the area!

Really great staff and great instructors. Team is very organised. I recommend you try out for a great time scuba diving and snorkelling. Owner lives upstairs so he is always available to help

After being messed around by another local dive store whos website promised the world and in reality they offered nothing, I found this place, they provided friendly advice and service and bent over backwards to meet my needs!

Craig is a dedicated man who had passion for teaching and scuba diving, the store staffs are very friendly, their smiles were as bright as the sunlight on the beach. I am looking forward to seeing you all again in my next lessons

Love these guys! Steve and Brady are always helpful and up for a chat and a laugh, and the tank fills here are second to none.

Rented some gear from these guys - friendly staff, great value and very easy to get everything sorted for a winter snorkel. Will definitely come here again.

I’m on a 3 month stay on the Peninsula and on my bucket list was Diving. So glad I chose to do my SDI Open water course at Extreme water sports. Steve and Brady should have gills rather than lungs with how much they love and know about the underwater world. The course was very relaxed and nothing is too much trouble for them. Customer service is second to none, going beyond what you’d normally receive in a retail shop. I was having problems with the mask I bought to do my course, Steve let me try a few others and let me swap for a more suitable one and also recommended I use a smaller mouth piece on my regs. Little tweaks like that have made my diving experience something I’m now hooked on. I just hope there’s something to live up to it when I get back to England.

These guys are THE BEST. Old school service and value. I just rocked up today.wanting to hire a board, within 5 mins I was in the water and paddling. Friendly staff.they’ve got EVERYTHING for in and on the water! So glad we found this gem!

BRADY is such an amazing guy. Although I wasnt a customer he took time off during his scuba driving session to find my fishing reel which accidently came loose when I was fishing and dropped into the ocean.
The kindness and patience says a lot about their positive customer service and work culture of this business. Highly recommend!

We were very happy with Extreme Watersport. Service was prompt and cheerful, both over the phone and at the front desk. Apart from that, the staff were helpful and basically nice. It was an inexpensive two hours' fun for both of us. We're definitely recommending this business!
