Exqusite Brows & Spa Greensborough

Had an older lady this time who did my brows and it was so painful and she kept breaking the thread. The brows now look so uneven and thin and the arch underneath one looks wavy, not even a clean shape. She also kept telling me that ‘tight means tight’ when I was holding my brow up and kept pinching my nose with the thread when she did my upper lip. Not happy with the result at all and my skin is still irritated the next day as she was so rough.

If I could give no stars I WOULD.
My brows were butchered! I was also cut underneath my eyebrows! I’m not new to getting my brows threaded, the job was terrible there was obviously NO experience with working with brows.
Too concerned on over charging other services, and wanted me to pay cash on top!
Will never ever come here again this business should get SHUT DOWN and more staff that ar trained and Educated to listen to what the client is saying and not focused on charging extra! I now have to grow out my eyebrows which will take more than 4 months I have hardly any hair on the arch of my brows

Awful experience. Staff did not speak to me or smile. When doing my upper lip they absolutely attacked me rushing so quickly my upper lip felt like I had been punched. I left overwhelmed thinking what had just happened. Never go to this place as they don’t care. They were the same with my eyebrows no communication.

The shop is visibly dirty- the wall and seats are stained, and you can see someone tried to clean it and then gave up- it’s been like that for months. The staff are very rude, the last three times I’ve been there, the staff member told me my brows were extremely outgrown (it had been about a month) and tutted throughout the threading as if my presence was annoying her. Last time she answered a call on her watch halfway through and was chatting away loudly to someone literally inches from my face. This place is also more expensive than all the others in the area. Still, it’s the only place in the plaza that takes eftpos, and they do a good job, so I keep going back for last minute touch ups, and regret it every time.

Had my very first eyelash extension done here today 1401/23 - classics.
Conversation was light but just right. Technician made sure I was ok throughout the while experience. Will definitely go back. I love my new eye lashes.

Absolutely brilliant! I came in for my first wax since giving birth very nervous! But Renu was so gentle with me and very professional! Very neat job! Would recommend to everyone.

Had my eyebrows threaded here the other night… horrible experience!
The staff members were having an argument and yelling at each other whilst she was standing over me… not to mention she didn’t listen when I asked for just a neaten up, missing half my eyebrow now!

I went there yesterday for my eyebrows. Renu did a wonderful job. She is very nice and polite and she knows what she is has do. Perfect.

Got eyebrows threaded. Took 2 mins and the lady rushed me out and it costed $20 for like 3 hairs. They look the exact same. Kinda annoying

I went to get threading and upper lips last weekend, i was surprised when she asked nearly 40 dollars just for threading and upper lips, if i knew they increased tht much i should not have gone and i read on the website after threading they gave eyebrow massage and clean, but the lady didn't even clean or asked for brow massage, in that much money they need to improve their service as well, covid has impacted everyone, we r one of them, atleast improve ur service and add some quality too with price increase, anyways i was one of old customer, but will not go again, in preston u can get it done just in 15 dollars.

I had a lovely experience at the Greensborough Plaza shop! The technician was SO gentle with both the eyebrow threading and eyelash tint, was happily responsive when I asked for an extra touch up and was very kind and friendly. I am very happy with the results, thank you!

I had a brown touch up and wax chin and lip. It took 5 Minutes. Very surprised to be charged $54.00. Ripped off will never return.

Not a word, not a smile, rough result and ripped off. Understand covid reasons etc. But learn how to thread before rising prices or hire someone professional

This place used to be alright but recently it just feels like you're paying for the bare minimum. You can barely tell the difference when they thread your brows, they sometimes miss spots, and you still feel like you look messy afterwards. It's a very inconsistent place which is a shame because they're easily accessible and fairly affordable.

Rip off, used to be $23 for upper lip & brow threading. Went last week & they charged $37
Not coming back.

HORRIBLE! Never go to this place. I came here for the first time just for a clean up, I looked in the mirror once she was done and she threaded off half my eyebrows! When I walked in i told her everything I wanted and its like it went through one ear and out the other, she didn't even ask for what shape i wanted! This place is horrible, never come here. This place needs to be shut down ASAP! If I could rate this place a 0 I would:)

I hate places where you are not valued as a customer after paying for the service. So I went in for a quick eyebrow threading, the lady made me sit on the chair and put the thread in her mouth started to thread, she did not bother asking me what shape I wanted, where it was reshaping my brows or arch or tidying up, nothing. I had to stop her and told her I did not want it too thin and just a tidy. After literally just a minute she said she's done and asked me to look at the faraway mirror on the wall. I asked for a close up mirror that they usually offer to check if it has been done alright and she gave it to me reluctantly. Then she did not bother cleaning up the fallen hairs from around my eyes or face. I had to ask her for a tissue so I could wipe it out myself. At any other brow place there is a aloe vera Soothing gel that usually gets massaged but here I had to ask the lady if she had any as my skin turned red and she pointed out to a big bottle on the shelf which i had to pump myself out and apply. After being treated like as if I am getting this service for free, I went home and checked and saw she has shaved more than required from my eye brows, the picture attached does not do justice, the eyebrow level is not in line at all from where my eyebrow starts. Ridiculous service and treatment. If that lady is a staff worker then the owner is doomed.

These ladies are the best eyebrow technicians out there. I have been everywhere and no comparison. Will keep coming to this store!

Been there for waxing and threading.
They gave me the used towel while waxing which is full of wax on it.
Coming to the bed the same full of wax which sticks to your hair, when you need to lay on it.
Too expensive for the services and untidy.
I don’t recommend this place.
