Exquisite Brows & Spa Northland

I came in today to get my full arms waxed and upper lip wax. When I went in at 2pm, Isha had a client with her and advised that she was by herself today and said to please come back tomorrow. She then said to come back at 3pm. I came back, Isha did an amazing job of my waxing. She didn’t rush the job and took the time to make sure she did it properly, despite being under pressure of being understaffed. She is also friendly, kind and a sweet lady. I highly suggest seeing Isha for waxing.

Isha at Northland store always provides great service. She's friendly and gentle and does a great job at threading my eyebrows everytime!

Definitely not going back to this store again and I do not recommend to anyone. Awful experience with them, had to keep showing them where they missed hair on my face. Uneven eyebrows. Did not trimmed correctly and the annoying part was unhygienic hands with strong smoke smell on them. Waste of money!

Never again and don't waste your time and money there.
Wish I had read the poor reviews before going there, thought I'd give this place a go as i was rushing for time. Disregarding the fact its priced higher ($20) than other brow salons, the lady who attended to me for threading 'nicked' my eyelids several times and now I'm left with red angry spots where she must've pulled hair out the wrong way? I also had to direct her to thread hair underneath my arch where she's missed (which is glaringly obvious). I seriously doubt she's an experienced threader and for that price, I'll never go back again.

The one of the worker put hot wax on my face and then put sanitizer instead of aloe vera gel that burn out my skin and now i have permanent scar on my face?
I’ll definitely take a legal action asap as they damaged my face

Have been in in the past and they have been great. Today I have patches of hair and they charged three times the amount.today I was the clown would never go back

I've been going to exquisite Brows for a long time and was very happy with the results, but since we came out of lockdown the girls that were there are no longer working there only young girls are working I wouldn't mind so much if they did a good job even though the price has gone up by twelve dollars, I won't be going back

I should have left from the moment I entered. From the time that I stepped foot inside the store the woman was disrespectful and cold. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because everyone has off days and proceeded to tell her that I only wanted a tidy up (I have been growing my brows for years and they are quite thick and I expressed that I wanted to keep them thick).

She proceeded to thread my eyebrows and once she was finished not only were they extremely thin but they were also uneven. As soon as I started to tell her that my brows had been butchered all she offered was to make the other brow thinner to match. I had specifically told her that I wanted to keep my brows thick and simply needed a tidy up.

She then offered no other compensation and charged me full price. I left the salon in tears and will now have to resort to pencilling in my brows, which I haven’t had to do for years and pray that they grow back after the damage she has caused.

Absolutely shocking demeanour and I could have done a better job had I of taken a lawn mower to my brows.

If you have any dignity or self respect avoid this place like the plague!

I went there for eyebrow threading. The result wasn't bad but the attitude of worker was offensive. No greeting, no smailng, ok I understand that she might had a bad day, then why she was very welcoming and smilly with the next costumer. She charged me more and she didn't clean the hair after threading from my face and no cream or gel. I won't come back.

Got eyelash extensions from here today the beauty therapist did a great job, was happy with the result

Very poor customer service. My friend uses a wheelchair. And has been able to stay in her chair before whilst having her brows done in the past. But at this place, she was told 'no, too hard'. Unbelievable.

DO NOT GO HERE! I doubt anyone in here has any qualifications and wouldn't recommend to anyone. I went in for a brow thread and literally one day later had hairs growing out. I came back in to show them and get a touch up and was told it was my fault because I didn't let the hairs get long enough.last time I checked, hair doesn't grow back one day later unless it has been missed. Clearly from the other reviews these people are dodgey AF!

Awful customer service and did an awful job with my brows (threading) don’t go here guys! It’s awful.

Updated as the owner has responded: I came in on Wednesday and the lady didn’t even clean my brows correctly - went in yesterday and she was rude and awful towards me when it was your mistake to start off with.

I came here for a set of faulse lashes
After less than ONE week my left eye was completely bare of lashes that cost me $100

When I called to tell them and asked to book a time to fix them the lady told me I can’t get a booking and t will be an EXTRA CHARGE to fix them

Staff are competent, not perfect but procedures don't hurt. Reasonably priced but absolutely hate the open location. Everybody walking past can see what you are doing which can be quite embarrassing. Needs to be tucked into quiet corner or get it's own shop.

When I moved from Sydney to Melbourne I was lost without my usual eyebrow lady. I went to countless places and was always unsatisfied. I walked past one day and thought I would try them and I haven’t gone anywhere else since! Everybody that works there is lovely and professional and I always walk out with perfect eyebrows. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely terrible experience at Northland store with lip wax and eyebrow threading. Staff member was rude and process was rushed. She cut my eye below my brow during the threading and my eye has been sore and tender for days after and the mark is still there where the chunk of skin has gone. Worst wax/threading experience I’ve ever had. You’re lucky I don’t share this on my Influencer account. Pick up your game.

I walk in the salon and get attended to immediately. I asked for eyes lash extensions and she said $90.
I asked how long it takes and she said 30 minutes. I said normally other salons take 1.5 yo 2 hours.why are you taking 30 min? She said i have lots of practise. I used to be slow when I started but now with time I became fast.now come to think of it I realise that eyelashes should never be rushed.you should be extra careful especially with working with chemicals around the eyes.anyway we begun ans as soon as she started working on my eyes I felt pain from the glue.stinging and burning. I told her that and she said it was normal.it's just the fumes.we continued on my mind thinking this lady is going to send me blind.we start the next eye and the same thing happens but much worse. I then mentioned it again and she said that same thing.it's normal and it's just the fumes.when it came to opening my eyes I could not at all.she kept blowing my face to dry my eyes.they where on fire.she laid me back down and kept blowing my eyes. I still could not open.then she realised one of the lasheshad been glued on wrongly and she sat me down to take it off.in the process i felt a short pinch.she had pulled out my original lash.walking out of there. I felt worried and couod barely see.

I woke up the next morning with what almost felt like bruising.when I blink iy hurts.it's like my eye had been damaged by the chemical they used.

I'm in shock and have been traumatised by this experience.

This was a butcher job.

I will be removing the lashes elsewhere today and heading straight to the optometrist.your eye health is no joke

I went to get eyelash extensions done and I was really disappointed with my outcome. I paid $177 and it looks like I have had nothing done at all. I have a massive eye infection inside my eye and I’m in a lot of pain

Ruined my brows months ago, the other brow place near professional nails is much better and cheaper too
