Exquisite Brows & Spa Brimbank

The girls here are wonderful. I’ve been a regular client of Highpoint for years but now having moved further west I’ll now be a regular client at Brimbank. I always leave happy with the results and I would happily recommend Vishabna and the team for all your facial beauty needs.

I went in to book an appointment for my wife and the staff were extremely rude. The woman at the front desk was eating her lunch and had sauce all over her fingers. She was clearly annoyed that I had interrupted her lunch that she told me to come back in 15 minutes. Really? 15 minutes to book an appointment for my wife which would take no more than 30 seconds. Appalling service.

Customer service was alright for me. Had henna done here, within 1 1/2 days the colours faded drastically and looked like I've done my henna a week ago. Also, gave the henna artist the design and she butchered so much it looks like it was done by a newbie.

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR HENNA.

The workers were really rude to other customers as they were making fun of the customers in Punjabi. Little did they know I understood Punjabi.

Poor service from the same woman, twice. Threading was rough and I discovered bleeding cuts minutes later. I am still scarred by it 3 days later. When I went back to complain she said it was normal. IT IS NOT NORMAL (. Unless you are rough all the time!). I have had this service for years elsewhere and had no problems. So so disappointed. She was careless and unapologetic.

Horrible to have a worker like this for your business - as I can see similar complaints below! Beauty services require care. I have photo of worker and scars.

Don’t come here for threading. Threader is so rough and it leaves cuts. Not only that they do not take honest feedback well and were very rude. I see a lot of responses in the list saying they will look into it and retrain and years later it’s still the same BS service. Never ever going here again.

It was my first visit to this salon and the service was incredible. Seema did an amazing job in doing facial and eyebrows. She was so gentle with my sensitive skin and gave me some tips too. Thank you and will visit again soon.

I visit this store frequently to get my eyebrows threaded and leave happy with the results every time. I have sensitive skin and have had no issues with stinging, cutting or irritation. The girls here take their time with my brows so I always feel like I'm in good hands when I'm here. Thanks girls, keep up the good work!

Absurd prices for mediocre work.don't waste your money here, 90% of the time they'll make your brows thinner than you want them, and the rest they leave you coming home to fix them yourselves.waste of my $20.yes, $20 for threading.

Could feel the lady threading my eyebrows breathing all over me as she wasn’t wearing her mask correctly. I was also charged more than double as I was told prices had increased post lockdown. I will not be coming back here.

Also, not sure why they ask for everyone’s mobile number post paying for treatment, seems dodgy.

Have been coming here for years and have always paid $23. Today without notice I paid $46 double for the same treatment I have always had. The girl was lovely but won’t be coming back since there are 2 other places in the shopping centre that charge $25 for the same services.

DO NOT ATTEND THIS PLACE!
On Thursday November 4th I asked the staff to have my upper lip waxed before threading to avoid some additional pain before threading

I have been left with severe second degree burn marks that have turned into weeping blisters
I am in so much pain that it hurts to open my mouth. I have sent photos and contacted the Brimbank mobile number provided as expected I have had no response

I am absolutely appalled by their behaviour. Obviously the staff that were working on the day have zero experience. I will be taking this matter further

Please for your own sake, stay away from this salon!

Had my eyebrows threaded and have been cut from the thread.

Have had different girls do my eyebrows lots of times from this place without any problems. This time was very painful and was stinging when I left. Today I noticed I was cut from the threading! Do not go here!

Not visiting here again. Did a pathetic job with my eyebrows and now my eye brows are uneven and thinner. I do not recommend this place for threading.

You guys really helped me, i got really bad eyelash extensions some place else and they helped me remove them from my eyes and made me feel a lot better

Excellent service, all the girls are very friendly and caring and I always go straight to Neha who makes my eyebrows perfect and gives her best advice and performance for facials. Just had a deep cleansing facial done and got so many compliments on how clear my skin looks. Been there regular customer for 3 years now. Highly recommended!

Ladies are amazing at threading and tinting however, I got a classic set of eyelash extensions done which I feel was rushed. 4 days later and my right eyelashes are just falling off and I'm not even touching or rubbing them. Waste of money for the lashes as they dont even last a week and will be going somewhere else next time. I will be return for threading and tinting as they are perfection.
