I highly recommend exquisite brows salon I love the environment and great customer service. I get my brows done by gurwinder. She did amazing job, give shape to my eyebrows as well as lifted my eye brows which were looking stunning on my face shape she has excellent understanding of face shape and and skin type she did my brows very gently as I have sensitive skin. She is really good at communication and understands my needs we also talked about each other and personal hobbies really very good experience. I really liked her cute nick name guri so this is my new salon I recommend to book your appointment with guri you will never regret.

PREMIUM PRICES, GARBAGE SERVICE! It's just one issue after another here. Many times I've been rudely turned away because their eftpos wasn't working, there have been issues where my brows weren't even because she was too busy talking to her friend to concentrate, but today sealed the deal. She watched me hobble up (I'm limping due to a bulging disk impacting the major nerve to my left leg, so walking is painful) and the tools new she was going to take a break and I had to come back in 10 munutes. 10 minutes later and still no sign of her.
I've given more than enough chances and suffered the rudeness because of their convenient location but I won't be back. Go somewhere else; you deserve better!

After a horrific job from another competitor almost leaving me blind, I visited Sonia here and asked for advice. Sonia went far and beyond. Not only did Sonia remove my lashes immediately, she provided me aftercare and a treatment. After a break as advised, I returned today and had a gorgeous set of lashes applied.
Sonia and her team are very understanding, professional and are happy to offer advice as well as a great service.
A very clean atmosphere is a must and I find this salon very relaxing to visit.

I got my eyebrows waxed and shaped today after not letting anyone touch them for over a year. The lady who did them (sorry I never got her name) was both very kind and thorough, and she helped me relax since I have low pain tolerance. My eyebrows look amazing. Thank you!

My first time at this salon but will be my last. Paid for eyelash and eyebrow tint.eyelashes so so but eyebrows not good hardly any difference at all waste of my time and money

Lady ruined my eyebrows and charged me $20. I will recommend fabulous in Altona gate, they charge$15 and always provide quality services. Expensive place with poor results.
For your information, it's not fake if you want I can visit your shop next time. I had my eyebrows done at your place. When the person did I already expressed my unhappiness and it was ignored.

I went and got eyelash extensions done on the 24/2/2023 and 6 days later on the 2/3/2023 I had lost majority of my eyelash extensions they made my eyes very itchy and irritated and the lady that did them rushed them and when I called to tell them about what happened the lady simply didn’t care

This place is wonderful. Waxing is so professionally done and it doesn’t hurt. The girls are lovely and very friendly it’s a pleasure to come here.

I have dyed my lashes many many times. Never had I had a dye burn so much. I asked for a black dye, well it wasn’t a good quality because my lashes are bright blue now!

Also floors were messy, trash, dye, dirt everywhere.

Don’t recommend this if you are tinting your blonde lashes… just buy the dye from coles you’ll get a better result and it won’t burn like that.:

Staff are so rude! Actually not all staff there is one particular staff member who is extremely rude to clients and talks to them like dirt.
This is my normal eyebrow place and I will never go back. I went there today for an eyebrow thread and upper lip. Upon arrival she advised that the atm wasn’t working and in a rude tone “if you want to come back go get cash out” when my turn came for a thread her exact words were “come” in an abrupt tone.
Service is not ideal at all and I’ve heard her speak to clients rude many time before.

I contemplated whether or not to write this. I have been a long-term customer of this business but unfortunately the quality has gone downhill. The last two times I have attended to have my eyebrows threaded, my eyebrows looked no different and it was a very poor job done - but I chose to overlook it both times because I understand that people can’t always be 100% and that maybe it was just a bad day and therefore poor quality work.

I attended again today and unfortunately this is the third time in a row that I have paid good money for a poorly done eyebrow threading job. I have come home and had to fix my eyebrows myself due to many stray hairs still remaining. In hindsight, I should never have returned after the previous poor experiences but after today, I most definitely will not return and will spend my money elsewhere.

I went for a lash tint never again the girl doing it had no idea was going to do my brows blue black until l stopped her and said eye lashes two days later l have no colour in my lashes wasted my money

11 June at 4.25pm - I was already inside and waiting, the woman working prioritised her friend who arrived after me. Lied to my face, said her friend was waiting outside when there was noone out there when I arrived. I would never use in future, appalling.

I am so in love with my eyelash extensions from Sonia. She was so welcoming and humble, she took a look at my 5 day old eyelashes and she showed care when I told her I’m not happy with how they looked. I’m impressed with how quick and gentle she was with my eyes. If anyone wants thick lashes that stay, go to her! I absolutely love my eyelashes. Thank you!

The workers at that place need lessons in customer service, Lacking in every way very rude and very bored with their jobs. Maybe it’s time to change careers ladies.
