Express Cuts

When I say this is the WORST barber in Australia, I mean it. All the staff is uneducated at cutting hair and do literal experiments with your hair. You can ask for any tyre of haircut and they will give the complete opposite. I'm Sorry but I cannot find a Positive rating for this shop and it should be closed Immediately. FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR HAIR AND YOUR WALLET, PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE TO GET A CUT.

I was at this place for a haircut and this was the worst experience the Woman cutting my hair was more concerned about taking a call via her watch than providing a service. When I said to her she should excuse her self and take her call if it was so important.

If you do go here, I would recommend you take another person with you to check the hairdresser actually does what you ask, and not chop double the amount like she did with my hair. I didn't realise how much has been chopped until I got home, unfortunately.

Horrible place, very unsatisfied with their hair cuts, no wonder why they are not busy most of time. The lady who cut my son’s hair was very rude, impatient and unskilled. Would never go back to that place again.

The worst never go here, I asked them for fades they say yes we can do them good but ended up taking more and wasting time then actually giving a proper cut smh never again

I wish it were possible to give a 0 star rating, the lady who cut my hair, i showed her a photo of a taper fade reducing in length as it goes to the bottom of my head, she pins my hair and starts shaving it all using a 1 and only leaves the top part of my hair and then trims it and takes the money. Actual daylight robbery

Great place to go for a quick trim, we were in and out without a problem, with great cuts done. Staff are lovely.

Pleasant staff, relaxed atmosphere, good haircut at a reasonable price. (P.s, don't spoil it by dragging in the crowds).

My wife called in to your store Tuesday 16th Nov for a haircut she spoke to a lady and asked her one question do you sterilize the equipment when you go to your next customer. She replied with a no! We don't have the time to be doing that it is time consuming for staff and we don't have the equipment. After that outburst your assistant continued with anger I will not cut your hair! You are so paranoid about this go somewhere else to cut your hair I'm not going to do your hair in other words F.off politely. My wife was so distraught how she was treated and said I will never come here again she walked out with no apology and disgusted.

Worst service ever. The hairdresser didnt bother to clean the hair lying around from the previous cut and our son had to step over to go take the seat - it seemed quite unhygienic to be doing that. But we saw another staff sweeping so we didnt complain but then it wasnt cleaned until after our son's cut finished.
The cut itself was very sub-par, when we checked about the front to be longer on the side of the parting so it falls well when combed to the side, she simply said he was a kid and chopped it as a straight blunt front fringe - he is 10 and it looks weird! By this time we just wanted to get out and so we did.
Aint coming back.

One of the best places for hair cuts around berwick. The place is clean. Some hair dressers are very nice to talk to so you dont get bored sitting in a chair while they do their job

Went to get a haircut for my son and daughter today. The hair dresser who did my son's hair cut, did an awesome job and was very kind. I would give her 5 stars, but the woman who did my daughters hair cut, did the worst job for ever, it was like my daughter cut her hair by herself and my daughters hair dresser was really rude to my 7 year old daughter. I would not recommend getting you hair cut by this lady but I would recommend the place as long as you do not get that woman as your hairdresser. Really disappointed at this lady.

Horrible service. Closed 20 minutes early and refused to give me a haircut and just sat in the store talking despite the closing time being 5: 30.

Worse hair cut ever at express cut Berwick. Lady was not interested in cutting my hair at all. She just did a very quick job and was quite rude. I won't recommend anyone to go there if they want a decent hair cut. This place is a total waste of money.

The hygiene is poor. Old mans hair on the razor and its not uv sterilized or cleaned before the next customer.
That's basic hygiene.

Went in today to part ways with my long hair! Jenny cut my hair and was really friendly and down to earth. She made sure of the length I wanted and kept checking up on me throughout. Didn't take the usual 30 mins - 1hr it normally takes at other hairdressers. Walked out super happy!
