Save your self the time and money because you could be one of the bad reviews. I gave them my pants to fix and they lost it.
Accused me of losing the receipt and just told me to buy myself another pair of pants. Is in denial of giving it to the wrong customer and has no records. No compensation received till date but a message saying “don’t call us” from the tailor.

They keep no records of whom they’re giving your clothes to and charge the same price as any other store. Better go to another store that actually keeps records of the your clothes.

Hope you gained something for Christmas Alex, maybe you just did not have a pair of pants that you resort to these measures.

There are plenty of other shops, rather go there for a better service because in case a mishap happens, they are just going to blame you.

I took my leather jacket to have a big back patch sewn onto it. I dropped it off on a Saturday and got it back the next Tuesday. They did an incredible job - really well done and they made sure the stitching was hidden inside of the lining as well. Would definitely recommend!

I brought my pants in to get fixed and not only were they not even mended, but when I came back 20 mins later they had done a fast and terrible job. DO NOT GO HERE

Don’t take your Dry Cleaning here! They contract out to Dante’s in Thornbury and 3 x garments ruined. Harsh chemicals used on my CDG skirts and my PAM top had to be thrown in the bin. I had to pay for my skirt to be re dyed in Sydney. My complaint was denied. Never use this service!
