Explorers Early Learning Williams Landing

There family support team is pathetic. I booked a tour and the lady on the phone confirmed tour day and time. On the tour day, left important office meeting, went for the tour, only to know that I was not booked in for the site tour and the centre management has no capacity to provide tour or for new regos.

The family support did not even know that the center is not accepting new registrations. There is no coordination between center management and family support.

Explorers williamslanding is amazing. Staffs are so kind and management is very helpful. My son settled in his room very quick. I can't thank enough to Ash, Tegan and Pooja who helped him in the transition period. He loves to come in to the centre everyday. Keep rocking Team williams landing?

I Highly recommend Explorers early learning. My child settled in really well from the first day, the staff there are very friendly supportive and really care about the child’s wellbeing and learning. My daughter struggled to settle in at other centres, but she always looks forward to go and enjoys her time there. The admin office staff are also great and are always there to support the families.
I need to ensure my children are in good care and looked after and explorers early learning is definitely one I can always trust and rely on. I can always recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great caring centre for their child.

Could not be happier sending my son to Explorers Williams Landing. I drop him off in the morning knowing that he is cared for 100%. They staff are amazing and keep you informed all the time. Could not recommend more highly.

When we were looking for a childcare center for our daughter we had trouble getting her to want to interact and explore the centers during our tours. Explorers Early Learning Williams Landing was different, she wanted to hop down from our arms and explore and interact and join in. Being born just before all the lockdowns started she didnt have much socialization outside of family but she took the the environment at EEL and fell in love. She has come so far in all aspects of her education and development and we love Explorers so much we enrolled our littlest love when he arrived too.

My little one has attended Explorers Williams Landing since they opened in 2019 she was 4 months old at the time and i had to return to work a massive decision for any mum
Explorers has walked with us through so many life changes and supported my little Explorer through these life journeys
The Explorers team have become her family and i could not be more blessed to have found this little Gem of a centre
From the Warm welcomes in the mornings to the Michelin-Kids Menu whipped up by the talented Chef onsite i could not have wished for a more nurturing and inclusive place to call her home away from home
She has built life long bonds with her educators whom she absolutely adores and also her little circle of friends that she has been blessed to grow with

This is the 4th Explorers my family have been lucky to attend over the past 6 years. The quality of care here at Williams Landing has far exceeded our expectations. The other Explorers centres have been amazing but Williams Landing has been my youngest children's favourite by far. The educators here are caring and fun and the management team are always friendly and helpful.without a doubt my family are welcomed everyday with a big smile by Age, Mary and Jo-Ann. I feel safe leaving my children here and they never have tears when I leave them in the morning. It makes being a working mum so easy. Thank you to the team at Explorers Williams Landing.

My son was an attendee since they opened in 2019, and it was with such a heavy heart that we had to leave as we left the area in June 2022. The staff in this centre strive for excellence and clearly love what they do. My son always loved the educators he had in the rooms as he progressed. Even through 2 years of lockdown, these legends made sure the kids were welcomed back into care after months at home with ease. I’ll forever be grateful for the love and care we received in our time as part of the explorers family

The staff and educators at Explorers Williams Landing are incredible. The office staff are quick to respond to any queries and the educators are kind and encouraging.

Made the biggest mistake by enrolling my child at the centre. All it takes is for you to visit your child unannounced. Month on and multiple of complaints we are still being direct debited. Even though the last invoice was paid 2 weeks, in advance. Centre management and admin need to get their act together and take issues seriously and professionally.

Probably the best decision ever that we have made to move our boy from a child care in the city to explorers Williams landing! Staff have been absolutely brilliant and supportive in helping shape up early child hood days of my son.

Absolutely love the kinder program and special mention and gratitude to papiya who has been so patient to prepare kinder kids for school and the effort being put in crafting the kinder program is commendable. Papiya has been helping my son identify his strengths and improvement areas and helped him thrive and we have been lucky to have her as my sons first teacher

Highly recommend explorers and the kinder program to others and the centre will remain close to us as we graduate to prep

This is the third Explorers my children have attended; and they just keep getting better! The quality of the service is second to none. This is evident when you do a tour, you notice right away how much quality and effort they put into their whole service, from the healthy meals to the lovely office and best of all, the children’s rooms!
Management is super friendly and always available to chat or answer any questions I have. My children are always greeted by their name on arrival, from the management as well as when they enter their room.
Positive atmosphere that I’m so happy to have my children apart of.

My son started attending Explorers Early Learning when he was 10 months old and he’s now approaching 2 years old and I couldn’t be happier with Explorers. The educators have great relationships with the children and families and I trust them to look after my son and he is very happy there.

Explorers has been an amazing experience for us. All staff members are so friendly and welcoming. My son didn't take long to settle. His room Educators Maddie and Jackie are amazing and have a very warm approach. To leave your little bubba and go to work without a worry, is all we parents want after all.

My daughter started last year and we have been very happy with the care she has received. The carers in the room are very friendly and care about the children they are looking after. Plenty of healthy, fresh food and great activities everyday.

Management and educators are great! My daughter has loved attending this daycare since she started at 9 months old! It also makes me happy and comfortable knowing she is being provided with great care.
