7Absolutely brilliant childcare centre. The staff are absolutely wonderful and make you and your bubs feel welcome from day one. I had so much mum guilt leaving my little man in childcare but he loves going and literally jumps out of his car seat when we get there in the morning. No doubt this is attributed to the amazing staff that go above and beyond.
Sending my daughter to Explorers was the best decision we have made! We have been attending for over a year now and every single staff member has made us feel right at home! Child care days are our favourite now! They have a gourmet menu on offer, beautiful facilities indoor and outdoor and the most incredible program on offer to keep little minds learning, we cant wait to keep growing with you!
My child was constantly sick attending this center. So we called them to cancel my child's enrolment. They said they need four week's notice. I told them that child is not feeling good and he wont be attending your centre at all. They not only charged me for 4 weeks but also they didn't claim CCB/CCS from government. Sent me $1700 invoice after 4 weeks. When I called them explorer centre said that 'you have to send your child to centre on very last day'; if you don't send it last day then you have to pay in full all of those days where your child was absent. Sent me final invoice of $1700 and NO $200 bond refund. Howcome you send your child to their centre when child is sick.
This T&C was printed in small print and no one told us before when we called them. Beware of this franchise
I am so happy with explorers my daughter has been attending since they opened, The educators are the kindest most caring people who go above and beyond. I’m always comfortable knowing my daughter is well loved and looked after there. Not to mention how modern, clean, structured and organised this daycare is. Thank you

Love the centre so far, super happy with the staff and management - All seem very friendly and I feel like my daughter is well looked after. Centre is bright and clean. Love that there's an art and sport program too!
