Ash tackled our plumbing issue (blocked drains) with expertise and explained everything in a clear and friendly manner. Even at 8 am, he managed to make the process surprisingly enjoyable. Ash's commitment to doing an excellent job was evident as he took the time to walk us through the issue and gave us things to look out for in future. Highly recommend this legend!

When emailing around for quotes and advice, Expert Plumbing & Gas were quick to reply, quote and call back. Ash W arrived on time and quickly and expertly removed the old gas heater, oven and disconnected the pipes. He even removed the disconnected appliances from the house and put them in my trailer for me - he didn't have to. Really great service and highly recommend.

Our tenants reported an external leak and couldn’t turn the stop tap off. We called the team after finding this listing and seeing the great reviews and they said they could have someone out in a few hours.

Ash, the plumber, was awesome - he arrived right on time (after giving us a 20 minute warning he was on his way) and was able to diagnose and solve the problem quickly.

We had a leaking copper pipe in the wall behind our external brickwork caused by two pipes rubbing together and he was able to pull out the bricks, replace the damaged section and add insulation to prevent it occurring again. He also put the bricks back in place AND mortared them perfectly.

Will definitely be using these guys for any future plumbing needs.

Ash assessed & solved the problem quickly. He also spotted a risk of a future problem and proposed a simple inexpensive fix.

My first phone call was between Xmas and NY 2022. I was most grateful to have someone come out and sort my blocked toilet and not charge like a "wounded bull". It was discovered that street trees had hold in the old terracotta pipes. First quote factored in small backhoe to gain access. A discovery dug before hand found gas, water and telco pipes going "all over the place". Backhoe cancelled. Second quote factored in large "sucker" truck that removed the hard clay (two metres deep, two metres long) without damaging existing services. Expert Plumbing & Gas Services' patience with council permits, keeping me in the loop and on-time running was absolutely fantastic. My gratitude to Luca, Ash and Noah.it's dirty work, but someone has to do it. In all seriousness, thank you. Great job. Well executed. In fact, you left my place looking better than it ever has. Very happy with the service from Expert Plumbing. Made a call in the morning and thanks to a cancellation they were at my place within a few hours to fix a leaky tap. Luca did a great job and even fixed up both taps at my laundry so they both had new washers etc.

This company was great for my plumbing needs. Brandon did a really good job and was very polite and punctual. The communication from the office was also good and they fit my job in sooner due to a cancelation. Very happy.

I recently had some plumbing work completed including unblocking of some slow draining pipes and repair of a leaking toilet. The team were polite and very responsive to emails and a plumber was arranged within a short timeframe. Though there was an issue with a faulty part which had been replaced in the toilet, Leigh swiftly arranged another plumber to come back, check it out and have a new replacement part installed. All in all, I had a really positive experience with Expert Plumbing and Gas! Would certainly use them again for future plumbing work and recommend them to friends and family!

Really happy with the work done by Expert Plumbing to create a new storm water line for us. There work was efficient and neat. They left the site looking excellent. Their prices were competitive. Highly recommended.

After reading reviews in conjunction with recommendations, I rang this company asked for quote (call out fee of $190+) to install overflow rain boxes and separators, on a single story flat roof, you’d think it would fairly easy. Time and date was organised. Later to be informed whilst they “can do the job, ” they weren’t able to quote me on the cost? This left me very confused. Found other companies who do NOT charge call out fee and happy to do a quote.

Ash did a great job. Friendly, efficient and professional. Will use them again next time we need a plumber. Highly recommended.

These guys installed a new hot water system in my apartment in Melbourne and I had a super positive experience with these guys. Communication was great! They were able to get me in really quickly. Had a couple issues re the space I was putting the hot water system as it’s a very small apartment but they dealt with the issues and got the job done. Very impressed and super happy! Both the plumber and the electrician that came out and did the job were super lovely and would definitely use Leigh and his team again!

Callum removed an old gas supply line and installed a new sensor tap and sink. The space was very tight and difficult to work with, no complaints from Callum.

Very knowledgeable on all things plumbing and gave some good advice.

I had a rather unfortunate incident with a blocked drain from my shower/bathroom sink. The team was great, and gave me a 3 hour window in which they'd come that day by to fix the issue. Ash W came early in the window, calling before making his way over, and had the problem fixed quickly and professionally. He even fixed my slightly wrong installation of a new showerhead! Very happy with the service and will use again with any future plumbing work I need done.

After a mishap by us with a BBQ gas bottle (fire brigade etc), we were a bit gun shy about restarting the house gas systems (hot water etc). Ash came out and did a check of all the house gas lines and talked us through some other gas related stuff. Was really professional and helpful.
