As a builder I need to know that the demolition will be completed on time and in a professional manner. This was certainly the case on my recent job in East Malvern.
The key for me is that we have all of the in-ground pipes, roots, bricks and footings totally removed. This was definitely the case on this job.

We hired Expert demolitions to clear an old brick veneer home on our block. Not an easy job due to a mixture of challenges. A dozen trees all on the fence lines, septic tank, and lots of old concrete underpinnings. The result is an excellent clearance of the block with no damages to fences or neighbours property. Highly recommend Expert Demolition, the entire process with them has been excellent. Sam is so accommodating, professional and willing to help in any way. The admin process was efficient and the communication from the whole team was proactive and timely which was extremely reassuring as we had never experienced this process before.
The demolition team worked so hard for the 3 days; the site, footpath and road were all left spotless each evening. We had requested some plants to remain on our block and the upmost care was taken to work around them.

Sam and his team did a great job demolishing the inside of my house and my backyard, which was an over grown jungle after having tenants in for 4 years.
