Great store and terrific service. My MacAir screen broke; and they were able to replace it within an hour or so; at way less then what was being quoted by an Apple store. Their service is excellent; and I now buy all parts/charging cords from this store. Highly recommend the Hawthorn team/store.

Took in my powermac with a fault i presumed to be battery. They rightly said it was the screen and offered to replace it for $980. It is 5 years old so I thought I'd just upgrade. Luckily my son found out that it was covered under an updated fault warranty.
Hence I took it to an authorised mac dealership who replaced the screen for FREE.
To be fair, after a little discussion, experimac returned my $100 initial service fee

Great service and friendly team! I had an old item to trade in and heard of Experimac by word of mouth - the team came back very quickly after inspection and made the whole process super simple and straightforward.

The fellas here had a good look at my water damaged macbook, they communicated the issues and potential issues/ complications of the fix with me thoroughly in easy to understand terms. The laptop was cooked unfortunately but I purchased a refurbished one from Experimac of the same model & year, and the guys even transferred over all my data which made it feel nothing ever happened. Very professional and friendly, thanks guys!

Highly recommend Experimac for a quick, cheap and proper repair. I had a broken key and needed it fixed urgently. The guys fixed it on the spot within 10 minutes and were very helpful with answering my questions.

Fast and courteous service, and fortunately they had the spare part I needed for my MacBook air in stock!
