Mark found and rectified a simple fault at our tenanted property – after another electrical company had told us the only solution was re-wiring, which we were ready to proceed with!

In short, our agent sent their electrician to our large tenanted property because our tenants had lost lighting to 4 main areas. It took that electrician 3 days to get out there, and after troubleshooting they advised us that complete rewiring of the affected areas would need to be done, & that they couldn’t guarantee this would fix the issue & further testing may need to be done. (Luckily for us) they were unable to do the works for a further 3-4 weeks. By the time we had this info, our tenants had been without the lighting in those areas for a week. We contacted Mark, who has helped us out before, and Mark went above and beyond for us shuffling non-urgent work around and attended the property very next day. We passed on to him all info we had from the agent’s electrician, but remarkably and through careful and considered fault finding he identified the problem had nothing to do with the wiring and was a relatively easy fix of an old burnt out wire. Mark was able fix it quickly without any of the costly, suggested works needing to be done at all. Most importantly he provided us with much needed support through a very hard time for us, and is always very kind and trustworthy. Thank you Mark - you deserve all the success you can get mate!

Mark came to my elderly mother's home to move the internet router from my nephew's bedroom into the hallway. He came on time and very early upon our request to accommodate my nephew who needed the internet back on for the on -line classroom roll call.
