Below average customer service and quite high prices compared to other pharmacies.

Asked for the non-generic brand of my prescription, as I had got their generic brand the month before and it had been awful, much bigger and very powdery so kept getting caught in my throat. He was apparently incensed by this (why? I’m the one paying the premium) and spent the entire time muttering to the other pharmacist or assistant about it. She has obviously heard this spiel and didn’t engage. She and the other staff I have met there are the reason I gave two stars rather than one - he is the only rude one I have experienced so far, everyone else has been lovely. The pharmacy is in an incredibly convenient location - right at my bus stop - but I’ll walk out of my way to QV from now on, because they have a generic brand, and customer service, that don’t leave a bad taste in my mouth.

Great chemist shop where you get good old fashion service from the dedicated team. 6 star rating from me.
