What an amazing way to treat yourself to something special after 2020!

After winning a voucher via the FaceBook competition I was contacted by phone and very eagerly made a booking.

All the information was mailed out with detailed instructions of what to expect on the day and how to best prepare so the results would be great.

I found everyone on the team very welcoming and friendly. I brought some inspirational photos as a guide and the photographer was very accommodating to capture the desired look and vibe I was going for.

Viewing of the photos after the shoot was facilitated really well and of course the results were amazing!

The whole experience felt very boutique, personalised, private and way less scary than I expected (something out of my comfort zone).

I super nervous about doing this photo shoot but soon as I got glammed up and and meet my photographer I was living my best life! Jak made me feel so comfortable and made me realise the real beauty I have. Although I wish the photos were cheaper I’m happy with what I chose and can’t wait to receive them! Thank you for the confidence

Artist was very professional and did an amazing job. Photographer was awesome and made my kids feel comfortable. Photos were amazing and selecting photos was the hardest part because they were all so good! Highly recommended for family portraits or individual shots to build on self confidence

I won a $700.00 gift card so my fiance, our two young daughters and I did the photoshoot. First of all they do your makeup and hair, the girl was absolutely lovely and so easy to make conversation with, however she wasn't particularly professional with her methods, she didn't put any heat treatment on my hair before curling it and she did a fairly quick and cheap job of my makeup. I did my hair and makeup the same way the next day and asked my fiance what he thought and my fiance told me I did the look better and I'm not particularly good with makeup! Then once we were done getting dressed we were left waiting around for five minutes plus for someone to acknowledge that we were ready to get started. Once we started, the photographer was great! She was super friendly and even though my two year old daughter was being poorly behaved she took some great photos! She was a miracle worker to say the least!

Then they sit you down to view your photos and once you've see them and you fall in love with them, that's when they take you through the exorbitant prices! You get near on nothing for the ridiculous price you have to pay! However after seeing the amazing photos you aren't likely to want to leave empty handed and that's where they make their money off you. So most likely unless you are well off you'll probably be signing onto a 12 month loan with them just to have something to show for your efforts. That is what my fiance and I ended up having to do just to walk away with 60 photos and their smallest canvas, some how valued at $3000.00. They then told us they'd throw in a free print of one of our photos if we did some reviews for them, which turns out to be bribery for a good review because you aren't "eligible" for the "complementary" photo unless you leave them a positive review. Regardless of if you had a positive experience with them or not.

All in all if I knew how expensive it would be to walk away with a small amount of photos, even though I won a gift card, I wouldn't have done it but now that I'm here I'm happy I'll have photos of my beautiful family to look back on in years to come. At least that's the excuse I tell myself to help me sleep at night.

The make up artist was exceptional. My fiance was so happy with her. The photographer was entertaining and made us feel comfortable. The photographs were not only beautiful but meaningful!

From the moment I walked in the door Jack made me feel at home, he was professional and inviting. I was so nervous going in, the beauty stylist made me feel more beautiful than ever. Damien was absolutely amazing, I had no idea what I was doing, he made the process super easy. I walked out with a whole new sense of self confidence that I never had. I gained so much more than just beautiful photos from the whole experience, it was perfect!

After a rough few months, and 3 little ones and losing 40+kgs. I was nervous to do this! But I felt at ease as soon as I walked in. Professional, exquisite studio, lovely make up artist and great photographer.

What an amazing experience! Everyone in the building was so courteous and made sure I was looked after. Hair and makeup was fantastic and my photoshoot was something I'll necer forget! Jak was so amazing and knew exactly what he was doing. Going into a boudoir shoot after having two kids I was a bit anxious but the photos turbed out better than I ever couldn't imagined!

Upon our entry we were greeted with a professional team. My three daughters ages 4,8,15yrs all nervous were put at ease throughout our photo shoot with warmth, support, and professional help in design by our photographer for our amazing photographs- the end results was mind blowing, our pictures were to die for. I waited along time for my 1st family portrait and I wouldn't hesitate for a second shoot with Exclusive Photography Richmond studio and team.

I just had my photography shoot and I had a fantastic experience. The makeup and hair artist was amazing, and the photographer was fabulous. Such a great treat for yourself. It's is so hard to choose the photos. So many incredible pictures to pick from. I totally recommend having this done. It's a once or twice in a life time experience. With photos that you will have forever. Just do it for yourself. So worth it.

Absolutely amazing. Did this to bust my confidence. Ended up in tears because i never thought I’d see the day I call myself beautiful. Everyone was so nice and easy to talk to. Couldn’t have asked for a better day:)

First, the photographer and the staffs were really kind and made us feel comfortable.
Also it was very smooth all the way through the session and when choosing the favourite shots we didn’t feel the pressure of picking more than what we were planning to.
The outcome of the images were good quality so it was not easy for us to choose the one. But the staff made it easier for us to choose one by one.
We are very happy with today’s session and very look forward to the final work.

Had such a lovely time. The HMUA was lovely and helped me relax in the lead up to my first professional shoot, and the photographer, Jak, have excellent directions for posing. Would recommend to anyone wanting to spoil themselves.
