As a cleaner who has had the displeasure of working with David Caravana who working higher position in Executive Homes, I feel compelled to share my unfortunate experience. His company, led by the untrustworthy Devid Caravana, has proven to be utterly disingenuous. Not only have they neglected to compensate me for my cleaning services, but l've also discovered that they have similarly mistreated others in the past. Their failure to provide any guarantees for homeowners further underscores their lack of integrity. Devid Caravana's behavior is particularly revolting, as he has shown a complete disregard for the individuals he engages with and he has harassed me using bad words & racism. I strongly advise against doing business with this company, as they cannot be relied upon to fulfill their obligations or uphold basic ethical standards.

This is our second time using Exclusive Homes for a home building project. In November 2020 they remodelled our Home. They were contracted out for a Home remodel. We are very pleased with the end results, have received lots of compliments and would highly recommend them to anyone we know.

Exceptional build quality, customer service and passion of making high quality houses. It's been 9 months since living in the house and cannot find a major defect. The attention to detail is second to none and one or two minor issues were resolved in prompt manner. Caruana family (Michelle, Ted and James (I am missing one more name) takes pride in building homes and are always available for anything.

Built our home with Exclusive Homes in 2012 and it's still perfect. Wouldn't build with any other builder since dealing with the owner Ted. An honest man who takes pride in the workmanship of his homes. Something rare these days.
