We have been using Excellence IT for the past five years now. As our operation has grown, Excellence IT have been able to provide advice and expert solutions that means we have not had to worry about our business IT or cyber security.

ASHM has been with Excellence IT for a few months now in a co-managed service capacity and I can honestly say they've been wonderful - responsive, professional but also friendly and honest. It's been such a pleasure working with the team and a service provider that works with you and your needs, not the other way around.

We have had a horrendous experience with Excellence IT over the past several years. Their mismanagement of our phone system/IT systems has led to an inordinate amount of business loss for our small business l. Further, they have charged us exorbitant up front fees to perform 'services' that are not realised or achieved. On top of Excellence's exorbitant fees we have had to pay for third party IT services because of Excellence's inability to follow through with rectify the most simple of IT issues. We will be taking legal action against Excellence as a result of their incompetence. BUYER BEWARE - this is a company that places its profits far in front of its clients needs.

Excellence IT charged us tens of thousands of dollars to support our simple IT environment; much of which turned out to be overkill. When it came time to switch to another IT service provider, they refused to accept our notice letters and continued charging for another 3 months. Excellence IT then refused to hand over passwords for both our internet and hardware configurations until we paid their 3 month bill. PLEASE BE AWARE. They are very unreasonable and impossible to work with

Did a wonderful job setting up the business VOiP system. Can certainly recommend them.
They took all the hassle out of setting up the cloud phone system, then installing the handsets and configuring all the handsets. This included the call routing and voice mail set up and the Apps on our mobile phones too. Excellence IT listened to our needs, kept us informed and explained in easy to understand terms.
We also used them to install and set up our NBN. Again we were very pleased with the quality of service provided.
With the pressure off we were able to continue with business and not get snowed under with the "IT stuff".

Our conveyancing business Land Transfer Services in Mornington has used Excellence IT for many, many years. Keith and his carefully selected technicians and support staff have always provided us with complete, end to end technology services from the purchase and setting up office computers, servers, software installation and updates, back-up systems, and their highly skilled and responsive technical support for the very urgent matters down to the smallest technical problem.
They also provided initial guidance through to implementation of NBN technology and telephone system, complementing our offices service.
More recently as a consequence of the COVID 19 pandemic, the solutions and technical set up for our staff to work from home with complete office systems remote access including an integrated telephone system.
Keith and his team’s amazing technical knowledge over the years has given us absolute peace of mind so that we can provide our core business services, with the confidence that our supporting office systems are in their hands.

Being a complete novice at IT, it has been great having Excellence IT there to support me when I get myself into tech trouble. There responses have always been quick and efficient and repair the issues quickly. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a IT support.

The worst company I have ever had the displeasure to work with. We have been trying to extricate ourselves from their services for over 18 months and what a nightmare it's been. Their best service is only average and many items they set up for us simply don't work properly yet they refuse to accept responsibility. They will not provide hardware password details, forcing us to replace still functional equipment with new equipment. Their management team have zero concept of customer service. Avoid this company.
