Ash & his team were great! We needed to get to the airport from Monbulk for a reasonable price for our big US family holiday Dec23/Jan24. Some companies won’t even service this area; or they charge an exuberant price to do so. Ash negotiated a really reasonable price (I usually work on a 3 quote system). Ash’s communication was fantastic & the price was very competitive. We had different drivers for pick-up & return & they were both great…. On time, helpful with our luggage, car was clean & comfortable & friendly. When we arrived home, the driver had a sign & was waiting for us inside the airport; plus he helped with our luggage by wheeling one out to the car. We would definitely use them again & I have already referred them onto another family for airport transfers. This sure takes the hassle out of family driving you to the airport, and in our case, we would’ve needed two cars to do that. Ash was able to get us there in a stylish Mercedes SUV - it was a great start to our trip!

Excellent communication and service. Ash was great in letting us know the names of our drivers, type of cars (which were immaculate) to expect. Both drivers were on time, nothing was too much trouble and to be met at the airport and assisted with our luggage on our return home was a welcome surprise. This was our first experience with Excellence Chauffeured Cars but definitely won’t be our last. Thank You Ash.

We almost hired a ride sharing car for our airport ride before one of our friends recommended Ash (Excellence Chauffeured Car) and we could not be happier. He accepted our booking even if I only messaged the night before. He arrived promptly and was very professional. His cars are in superb conditions too, definitely first class. Our return flight back to Melbourne was delayed and he patiently waited and tracked our flight status and made sure that we have our driver on time for our arrival. Top notch service all around. Most definitely recommend his service!

We used Excellence Chauffeured Cars for transport from the Airport to Safety Beach. Owner driver Ash was fantastic. He was friendly and had a lovely clean car. We loved him so much we have booked to use him again in a couple of weeks. Highly recommended

Our experience with Excellence Cars was absolutely first class. Our airport transfer was on time (at 4.20am) and extremely comfortable.
Ash made our trip hassle free & we booked our return transfer with him on the spot. No need to worry when we returned to Melbourne 5 weeks later as he was there again to deliver us safely home.

We used this Company for transfer Airport/Melb CBD return trip over the weekend for 5 adults. The service could not be faulted. Driver waiting at Airport for us with a sign, very helpful with our luggage and the same great service on our return trip to Airport.
